Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrivals at the villa from 3pm and the villa is to be vacated by 11am. These times may be flexible.

Accessibility
This property is not suitable for people with mobility problems due to the bedrooms being upstairs.
Outside
Large beautifully landscaped gardens to front and rear by the renowned bougainvillea. Large Palms and various fruit trees surround the villa for total privacy. Ample sun loungers surround the 10x5m private pool with roman steps leading into the shallow end of the pool, ideal for children. The large veranda has table and seating for 8. The large roof terrace with table and seating for 4 is accessed via stairs from the 1st floor. Each bedroom also leads out onto a balcony giving panoramic views to mountains and the coastline. The covered carport gives separate access to the villa through the side entrance.
Coast/Beach
There are an abundance of beaches all along the coastline. The nearest is within a 5 minute drive.
Golf
The Secret Valley Golf Club is a short 5 min drive. The course plays to a par 72. With its driving range and chipping area it is close enough to get in some daily practice! Secret Valley is a highly prestigious golf course located by the renowned area of 'Petra Tou Rominou', the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite. It is set in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful natural rock formations. It consistently appears as the preferred course among the Islands visiting players in terms of sheer playability and enjoyment. Aphrodite Hills golf complex has a championship course just a stones throw further up the coast on the road to Limmasol. Crowning Aphrodite Hills Resorts leisure facilities is the magnificent 18 hole golf course designed by the acclaimed course architect, Cabell B. Robinson.
Tsada golf course is also only 20 mins drive.
Skiing
Skiing is available in the nearby Troodos Mountains from January through to early March.
Travel
The flight time from the UK to Paphos airport is approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes. Paphos airport is 10 minutes by car or if you wish to fly to Larnaca airport the travel time is approx 1 hour 30 minutes. Car hire is recommended for this villa and to take full advantage of what the island has to offer.
Distances
5 mins from nearest beach at Petra Tou Rominou, the birthplace of Aphrodite with crystal clear waters. 15 mins drive from Paphos with water park, beaches, harbour, bars, restaurants and lively atmosphere. Pissouri beach is also only a 15 min drive from the villa. The surrounding area is rich in history dating back to the Trojan wars.

Booking notes
30% deposit secures your booking with the remainder being due 8 weeks before your arrival. A security deposit of £250 is required in case of breakages/damages and is payable with the balance. This will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure subject to a report from the property agent. Fair usage of the air conditioning units are included in your price.
