The villa is private and has its own pool. Spacious open plan living and dining area with covered terrace featuring a dome with glass cut-outs which sparkle blue in the sun. Superior furnishings throughout. Bedrooms have air conditioning (which also act as heaters for cooler weather). Solar panels heat the water and hot water can be boosted, if necessary, with an immersion heater. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Well appointed kitchen and dining area. Plenty of furniture for outside, including sun loungers, deck chairs, dining and smaller tables, dining chairs, Weber barbecue. Crockery, cutlery and serving dishes all top quality.

Changeover day
We don't have a specific changeover day - we aim to accommodate the arrival and departure dates and times of guests, leaving plenty of time in between, to ensure thorough cleaning and laundry.

| Kitchen: | The open plan kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric whisk, water cooler, kettle, toaster, coffee maker. Large supply of high quality crockery, cutlery and serving and preparation dishes and bowls. |
| Living Rooms: | Two large sofas and chairs, CD player, side tables, locally painted lamps, solid pine dining table and 6 chairs, large rocking chair. Plenty of books! |

Full cotton bedlinen, plenty of bathroom and kitchen towels and beach towels provided. Cleaning is done once a week, including laundry changes, or more frequently, if requested. |

Notes on accommodation
The property is fenced and gated and there are safe areas for children to play. A welcome pack with local information and food and drink to get you started will be available on arrival. Our local manager (English) will visit shortly after you arrive to make sure everything is satisfactory. Sally can also be contacted in case of emergencies or for general advice.
Accessibility
Only one step inside house. Outisde, the pool is accessed down four steps from the dome area to the pool area.
Outside
Private pool 8mx4m, with well established garden including ancient olive tree. Plenty of outdoor furniture and Weber barbecue for around the pool and the terraces outside the bedrooms. Sun loungers and mattresses, deck chairs, dining table and dining chairs. Lots of parking space.
Coast/Beach
Less than 5 minutes drive to the nearest beaches. Plenty of good beaches - fairly shallow water - close by, as well as plenty of local snorkeling and diving opportunities.
Travel
One hour from Ercan airport in the North, and about one and a half hours from Larnaca airport in the South. Car hire can be arranged through us. Pick up from Ercan airport is included in the cost of car hire. Pick up and return to Larnaca can be arranged at a cost of 50 (considerably less than local taxis).
Distances
Less than a kilometre to the centre of the village. 10km to Kyrenia. Plenty of historical sites within less than an hour's drive.
Further details
Good supermarkets, fishmongers and butchers available close by. Plenty of restaurants catering for all tastes. Not all restaurants will accept credit cards but sterling can be used in most supermarkets and restaurants. Credit cards can be used in supermarkets. UK cheques can be used to pay for car hire. ATM machines available everywhere. Exchange facilities available locally.
Booking notes
Bookings are secured by payment of a 20% deposit. Full payment is required six weeks prior to arrival, except for late bookings when full payment is required on booking.
