Riverside Apartments are ideally situated in a quiet residential area of Geroskipou, a Paphos suburb still oozing with traditional charm, near the Mediterranean coast. The village is famous for its pottery and the traditional sweet 'Cyprus Delight' and is also home to the garden of the Goddess Aphrodite. The complex boasts a large 25m swimming pool with stone, paved surround, and toddler pool, in a landscaped area. Sun loungers and a parasol are provided in the private storage area for the apartment; perfect for relaxation. The layout includes open plan living/dining. It also has two sunny balconies, both with sea views, catching the sun from early morning through to sunset. The beautiful unspoilt beach of Geroskipou is only 5 mins by car away and is the ideal place to relax and chill out. Kato Paphos is only 10 mins away by car and has an extensive variety of bars and restaurants, alternatively walk to the centre of Geroskipou village and sample one of the many tavernas.

We offer a 20% discount for bookings of 28 days or more between November and March. For shorter stays, day rates are available - please contact us for prices. 10% discount for September and October 2008 bookings!

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 double bed, bedside tables and fitted wardrobes (with hangers), hairdryer, duvets, linen and towels. There are roller blinds on the windows to keep out the sun. The room has air conditioning.
Bathrooms: Tiled modern bathroom with bath/shower, wash basin set in vanity unit, mirror and wc, towels, etc.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fitted with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Drinking water is provided on tap.
Living Rooms: There is a large air-conditioned lounge with dining area, dining table and kitchen area. The lounge has a double sofa bed and a 2 seater sofa, colour TV, DVD player and radio/CD player. DVDs, CDs and board games are provided for your use.
Other: A store room is located at ground level adjacent the pool with sun loungers, parasol and heater. Under cover dedicated car parking space.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels, beach towels and bedlinen are provided. The apartment is laundered and cleaned weekly.

Air-conditioning is charged at UK £4 per unit per day. Please note that we operate a strict no smoking policy inside the apartment.

Accessibility
The apartment building is equipped with a lift, telephone entry system and private parking under cover. Geroskipou square with its bars, tavernas and shops is only a short walk down the road. The village is a tourist attraction in itself for its beautiful old church and as the birthplace of Cypriot Delights (known as Turkish Delight in the UK). However, for further exploration a car is recommended.

Outside
The apartment is located in one of three small blocks of 12 apartments. There is a large private 25m residents swimming pool with private sun loungers and parasol for the use of our apartment guests. If you are after peace, tranquility and sun then you need look no further than the Riverside Apartments. Adjacent to the pool is an orchard containing walnut trees. The pool area is equipped with pool showers and toilets.

Golf
There are 3 golf courses within 15 minutes of the apartment. Aphrodite Hills is the most recent development and is a challenging championship golf course set on the coastal cliffs above Aphrodite’s rock. Tsada golf course and Secret Valley golf course are two excellent golf courses to test golfers of all abilities. This is still very hush hush but in September a new golf course to rival Aphrodite Hills will be opening in Geroskipou, only 1 minute drive away!

Skiing
The Troodos mountains offer novelty skiing between January and Mid March (sometimes April - depending on weather). There are 4 ski runs lifts with cafes/restaurants located around the resort - Troodos is about an hour away by car.

Travel
Paphos airport is less than 10 minutes by car from the apartment. There is no aircraft noise.

Distances
Paphos harbour approx 35 mins walk 5 mins taxi. Tomb of the Kings heritage site 15 mins taxi. 'Bar-Street' 10 mins taxi. The harbour and medieval fort are 35 mins walk 5 mins taxi. Picturesque trails in Troodos Mountains or Akamas Peninsular about 1 hour’s drive. Limassol is 1 hour’s drive. Nicosia and Larnaca are about 90 mins drive.

Further details
The centre of Geroskipou village is 5 minutes walk away where local supermarkets, banks, bars, restaurants, wicker shops, Cyprus Delight sweet shops can all be found and if you need to catch up on the office, there is also an internet cafe providing you that link with home.

Booking notes
A £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with the full payment required within 6 weeks of your holiday. If a booking is made with less than 6 weeks before your holiday commences then full payment will be required at the time of booking. A £100 deposit is also required to cover damage and or any breakages that may occur - this will be refunded 14 days after your return and we have confirmation that no deductions are necessary.
