The luxury Mediterranean villa lies between the Elysium Hotel and the St George hotel and is only a short 15 minute drive from Pafos airport and just under 2 hours from Larnaca airport. The newly built Mediterranean villa is situated 100m from the beach of the Chlorakas coast area. Restaurants and Supermarkets are all in walking distance. A 5 minute drive takes you to the unspoilt sandy beach of Coral Bay or Kato Pafos, another tourist area of Paphos.

Outside
Beautifully crafted gardens within this private villa. Large patio outside living room with the verranda/patio overlooking the lovely large private swimming pool with showers, soley for the use of the guests in the villa. Lovely outside table and chairs to relax on the patio as well as sunbeds and umbrellas for all guests of the villa. By the patio there is a barbecue area for your own comfort cooking in the open air.
Coast/Beach
A short 100m walk to the nearest beach and a 5 minute drive to the famous sandy Coral Bay beach. The Elysium and St George Bay are both 1 mile away.
Golf
The villa is ideally located for golfers as it has all the facilities expected for their families and for those playing golf. It is only a 15/20 minute drive to the Tsada golf course and the Secret Valley golf course.
Both golf courses are a full 18 holes set on a great location with superb views and lovely club houses where you can relax after your round of golf. Also visit the NEW APHRODITE HILLS golf course with a size of over 6,000 metres it is landscaped to a world class standard.
Skiing
Mediterranean villa is a 1 hour and 15 minute drive from the Troodos mountains where in January, February and early March there is large fall of snow where the ski slopes of the Troodos and Mount Olympus which is the highest peak in cyprus are very popular with tourists. I am able to arrange car rentals and overnight stays in the mountain regions. You can also visit the Popular and rich KYKKOS Monastry, draped in all its gold which is also situated in the TROODOS Mountains.
Travel
The luxury Mediterranean Villa is only a short 15 minute drive from Pafos airport and just under 1 hour 45mins from Larnaca airport.
Car hire is advised to explore the town but buses operate on a regular basis and taxis are cheap.
Distances
Restaurants and supermarkets are all in walking distance.
A 5 minute drive takes you to the unspoilt sandy beach of Coral Bay.
The Tomb of the Kings and Mosaics sites are only 1 mile away.
Kato Paphos with the harbour and shops and restaurants are 5 mins away.
