Light spacious bedrooms with all linen provided. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. The second bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is a separate shower room and WC and WHB opposite the third bedroom. All bedrooms are fitted with bedside tables and lights, wardrobes with good hanging space, dressing tables with mirrors and chairs.

All doors and windows are fitted with security locks. There are two steps up to the kitchen from the lounge and two steps in the corridor to the bedrooms. If these can be managed, then the property is suitable for the elderly.

Secret Valley lies 12km east of Paphos Airport and 1km from the Motorway junction which is signposted Aphrodite Hills. Paphos Town is the main shopping centre with Carrefour, Debenhams and other retail outlets. Shops can also be found inn Aphrodite Hills, Pissouri and Kooklia Village. A large selection of restaurants are available in each of these areas and also in Mandria. For the discerning golfer, there are courses at Secret Valley, at Tala, north of Paphos Town and a PGA approved course at Aphrodite Hills. These are all scenic courses and offer excellent facilities in the Clubhouses and restaurants for after game relaxation. Pro Shops are available at all courses where lessons can be arranged. There are various sightseeing opportunities and places of interest to visit including the Tomb of the Kings at Paphos Harbour, Aphrodite's Birthplace on the north coast. the Troodos Mountains offering walking, biking and skiing in the winter. Booking notes
A booking deposit of £100 is required as confirmation of booking. A security deposit of £200 will be paid 28 days prior to the arrival date. The security deposit is returnable once the villa has been inspected and there is no damage done to the villa or its contents. The rent will be paid when the Agreement is signed, no later than 28 days before the holiday date. Agreement to be signed by both parties. Full payment.
