Notes on accommodation
The inside of the apartment is non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted on the balcony. Air-conditioning is dual functional, providing cold air in the summer and heat for the winter months. The apartment is suitable for groups of up to 5 people, looking for activity filled holiday, couples longing for the sun and romance or families with children. Covered allocated parking for one car provided.

Outside
South-east facing swimming pool is located at the front of the building. As the complex is small, the pool does not get crowded. Gym, squash, court, changing rooms, showers and toilets are located on the ground floor. Due to good planning and insulation, there is no noise coming from when those sports facilities are in use. Tennis court is located approx 100 yards in front of the building. Well maintained landscape garden surrounding the building. It has space for BBQ and outdoor socialising and offers great views, with hills at the back and the sea front at the front. Allocated is covered parking space for 1 car.
Coast/Beach
Blue Flag award winning Dhekelia beach is the nearest (5 mins drive, 20 mins walk). This long sandy beach offers shallow, calm and clean waters, which are safe for small children and shy swimmers. Life guards patrol during peak hours. Parasols, changing facilities, bars, restaurants etc available. Water activities include: scuba diving, windsurfing, fishing. Nearby Larnaca beach offers: boat trips, sailing, submarine.
Golf
Local golf courses are within 30 mins drive. Mega-sized sports complex, including a professional 18-hole golf course is being built in village of Tersefanou, which is approx 15 mins drive from the apartment.
Skiing
Winter skiing in Troodos Mountains, less then 1hr away.
Special interest holidays
Ramblers and nature lovers adore Oroklini. The village is situated at the foot of a magnificent, oblong hill, with nature exploring and hill walking opportunities at hand's reach. Fabulous views of Larnaca Bay and surrounding area are nature's gift to everyone who accomplishes the task of climbing at least half way up.
Travel
Larnaca Airport is less then 20 minutes drive (20 Euros single journey, possibility for pre booked mini bus costing 32 Euros for 4 people). Car or moped hire is advisable if you intend to travel around and enjoy the magnificence of this beautiful island. Larnaca offers better selection of cheaper cars for hire then Oroklini. Distances
Village 'delights' (tavernas, bakeries, supermarket, small independent shops, bars) are within easy walking distance, as the complex is situated approximately 400m from the village centre. Larnaca Town (seafront, marina, shopping centre and much loved Carrefour Hypermarket) are less then 10 minutes drive. Clubbers paradise Ayia Napa is 20 mins drive whilst motorway linking Oroklini with capital Nicosia (30 min drive) is less then 1km away.

Easy going atmosphere in this vibrant and lively village is what awaits each one of its visitors. Locals are keen to make you feel welcome and to help you find your way around, regardless of where you come from. This may be a small thing but is one of contributing factors that make people go back. Tavernas, restaurants, cafes, banks, supermarket, pharmacy, hotel, DVD rental shop, bakeries and other commodities are all conveniently located. Two local tavernas offer most magnificent freshly prepared, locally sourced foods. And not only that - the atmosphere is fabulous, often with music, karaoke and other forms of entertainment for the guests. Bars, cafes and restaurants with a selection of world cuisine are located along the way to Larnaca and in the town itself. For beach lovers a range of water activities including diving, fishing and sailing are available locally. Water park, fun fair and famous clubbers haven are available in Ayia Napa, which is only 20 mins drive. Anyone looking into Cyprus history and culture, there is exhaustive selection of historic monuments and the myths surrounding them. The baths of Aphrodite, The Tombs of the Kings in Paphos, Mount Olympus and Kykkos Monastery in the Troodos Mountains are only a handful of locations that are a must for every visitor.

Booking procedure is as follows:50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with remaining 50% due 4 weeks before starting your holiday. Deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation at a later stage.
UK guests receive apartment keys via special delivery 7-10 days prior to travelling. International guests pick up the key from a local agent, on their arrival to Oroklini.
