Notes on prices

EUR 400 deposit payable, which is refunded when villa and key is returned with no damages. 30% payable upon reservation, remaining 70% is payable 16 weeks before arrival. We only accept bank wire. Please note change over day is Saturday. You can take over villa from Saturday at 15.30 and leave the villa at 10.30 am. Please contact us for change over date +low season long term lets offers.

Usually Saturday and sometimes Wednesday or even Sunday in low season.

My wife and I are expatriates, and I am following my international career ambitions. My wife takes care of our 2 kids at home. In our free time we all play golf and like to ski when possible.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We love Cyprus and especially the areas around Paphos, due to the beaches, the fantastic views and the people in the area. There are many activities and we love to enjoy Cyprus at least several weeks a year. The remaining part of the year - we want to share the experience of Cyprus with others by renting it out to couples and families.
