The apartment is located in a small complex of only 14 units with secure entry system and both stairs and lifts to all floors. You will benefit from the sun on your balcony from early morning until middle of the afternoon, and brightly lit rooms throughout the day. You can choose to enjoy lazy days lounging on the beach at the famous 'Fireman's Cove' just 400 metres away, enjoy your meals out on the balcony and enjoy the view, or choose food a drinks from the many bars and restaurants in the area. The choice is yours, this is after all your time! The apartment is well equipped with everything that you require should you wish to stay close by, or you could take a short taxi ride to Ayia Napa for the world famous night life which has developed a real party atmosphere over past couple of years. You will be located in a prime position, easy reach of all the main attractions such as the Water Park, Aquarium, Fig Tree Bay, Nissi Beach, Famagusta Viewpoints etc. The list goes on and on.

Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The bedroom has two solid wood single beds, lots of fitted wardrobe space, bedside cabinet and dressing table with mirror. Decorated in soft tones with paintings to the main wall. The room is equipped with air-conditioning and has access to the balcony. |
| Bathrooms: | Fully tiled to the walls and floor wit new bathroom suit including a full size bath and power shower. There is storage below the sink for toiletries and towels and a mirror with lighting. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is equipped with new hard wood units, kettle, toaster, cooker, hob and extractor as well as all crockery and utensils. There is a fridge/freezer for cold storage and a CD radio player for a little background noise if required. |
| Utility Room: | We have Two adult Mountain Bikes (ladies and gents) including safety helmets which can be used by our fit guests. This is a great way of taking in the wonderful scenery around the area and of course to quickly get from place to place. |
| Living Rooms: | Off the kitchen is the dining area with a table and four chairs to enjoy your Cypriot salads in comfort! The living area has a large sofa bed, modern tub chairs, remote control TV/DVD and British satellite TV. Access to balcony also from the living room. |
| Other: | On the balcony you will find a table and two chairs, where you can relax with a drink, with the sound of the breeze through the palm trees just outside. There is parking to the front of the building which is covered over to avoid a very hot car! |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Your bedlinen and towels are included for you. We ask only that you bring your own beach towels and not use those provided for this purpose. The linen and towels will be changed at the end of each week when the property is also cleaned thoroughly. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is air-conditioned in both the bedroom and living room. There is no additional charge for this facility providing that it is used to a reasonable level. We have installed solar heating for water in order to be more friendly to the environment which is no doubt important to everyone now.

Accessibility
Wheel chair access to the apartment is very easy, and due to a lift within the complex we would like to say to our potential disabled guests that you can enjoy the surrounding area and our apartment as easily as any able bodied person, as there are very few stairs anywhere in the area. There are some high kerbs to be aware of but 'kerb climbers' should cope!
Coast/Beach
There are many beaches within walking distance. I have already mentioned Firemans Cove, which is the most famous beach in the area, but there are many others. You will find a fabulous coastal walk which starts at the Famagusta viewpoint and continues as far as you are prepared to walk. Cyprus is famous for its beaches and coves. You are situated within easy reach of Fig Tree Bay, Cape Greco and Nissi Beach.
Travel
Larnaca Airport is around 50kms away and takes around 40-50 minutes by taxi depending on the time of day. We can arrange transfers at a discounted rate for our guests by using a local taxi service at a reduced rate. It generally works out at around 50 euros each way.
Distances
Paralimini is 1-2 kms (real village life and cosmopolitan bars).
Protaras is 1-2 kms (bars, live acts, restaurants, karaoke).
Pernera is 1km (bars, live acts, restaurants). Ayia Napa is 10kms (night life and stunning beaches). Nicosia is 50km (Cyprus capital for shopping etc). Larnaca is 50kms (airport).
Booking notes
50% deposit required on booking. The balance is required four weeks before departure. £100 refundable deposit required and will be returned subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment on departure.
