Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Sundays preferred in high season. Arrival is from 4pm and departure is by 10.00 am on the day of departure but we can be flexible on these times should the apartment not be in use immediately prior to or following your stay.

Coast/Beach
The Larnaca area is well served by a variety of beautiful Blue Flag beaches. Tersefanou is only a 15 minute drive to the famous Nissi beach. Nearby Pervolia also offers a sandy beach safe for children within calm sheltered waters. The beaches of Larnaca and Mackenzie provide the additional option of cafes, bars and a wide range of restaurants. Most beaches are well served by Life Guard facilities and a variety of water sports facilities.

Golf
The apartment is located next to the planned Tersefanou championship golf course and sports complex.

Skiing
Skiing is available during the winter months of January and February in the Troodos Mountains, which are only 45 minutes from the village. Equipment hire is reasonably priced.

Special interest holidays
The following activities can all be found in or around Larnaca, carting, ten pin bowling, fishing, yachting, boat trips, scuba diving, cinema, camel park, Dream World for children.

Travel
Larnaca airport is only 10 minutes drive from Tersefanou where you can find car hire at competitive rates. While car hire is recommended there are excellent local taxi services. Paphos airport is about an hour and a half away.

Distances
Tersefanou village is a 5 minute walk with its supermarket, tavernas, bank and pharmacy. The next village, Kiti, is a 5 minute drive and has many more shops, tavernas, supermarkets and restaurants. Pervolia is a further 5 minutes on from Kiti close to the beach with additional shops and cafes/bars. Larnaca itself is a 15 minute drive from the apartment with its beautiful promenade, marina, beach, restaurants and extensive shopping.

Further details
The Larnaca area has many historical sites and is home to the world famous Salt Flats and occasionally resident Flamingos. For the more active, Larnaca offers an excellent base for a variety of sports from skiing or climbing in the Troodos Mountains to diving and sailing out of Larnaca harbour. Larnaca itself provides excellent shopping with a selection of well recognised high street stores as well as traditional Cypriot shops. For the historically minded there are many archaeological sites, museums and art galleries in the town and within the wider area of southern Cyprus. The ancient ruins of Kition, the old capital are close at hand and an abundance of stunningly decorated churches and monasteries. With easy access to the coastal highway Tersefanou is perfectly situated to provide a base for both a relaxing and more adventurous break.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit is non refundable. The rental balance plus £100 as a security deposit for damages/breakages is due 8 weeks prior to your departure. The security deposit is refunded to you subject to a satisfactory property inspection following your stay.
