This very large (140 sq.m), luxurious, fully air-conditioned two bedroom apartment with an an open plan layout and balconies leading from the master bedroom and from the lounge and another from the dining room. All verandas are equipped with deluxe dining furniture and sun beds which can be used around the pool. The lounge boasts two large sofas, coffee tables and a new LCD TV with DVD and CD player. There is a fully equipped fitted kitchen and the bedrooms have a double bed and 2 singles that can be pushed together.

Accessibility
This is a first storey apartment so easy to access for kids and pensioners.
Outside
There is a full range of garden furniture, including sunbeds and parasols which can be found on the main balcony. Excellent for evening dinner parties. Also furniture on balcony leading from the master bedroom.
Coast/Beach
The Zias Beach Club is located within a few minutes drive from the resort, offering a sandy, children friendly beach. The Club consists of two areas - the complimentary beach facilities (sunbeds, umbrellas, towels), and the bar and restaurant facilities. The cove of Aphrodite Hills is the beach directly in front of the resort. Accessed by shuttle from the Intercontinental Aphrodite Hills Resort Hotel, the Cove provides sunbeds, towels and toilet facilities.
Golf
The very popular Aphrodite Hills golf course is situated literally 5 minutes from the apartment. You will get everything you need from golfing lessons to full on golf tournaments and celebrity events. You'll recognise a few faces! A challenging course. Several other courses locally to choose from.
Skiing
Skiing is also an option in the Troodos Mountains.
Special interest holidays
Pegasus and Zoo use kids club for kids ages 3-12, grotto fun Club for kids aged between 13-17, golf, mini golf, multipurpose court (for volleyball, basketball, badminton, netball or 5-a-side games). Aphrodite Hills Riding Club, the cove beach club, Zias Beach Club. Children's playground, Children's activities.
Travel
Paphos Airport is a 15-20 minute drive from the resort so taxi is a possibility. Car hire isn't essential as there is loads to do on site but recommended to make the most of all that there is to see around the resort.
Distances
Nearest shops including groceries store, pharmacy, jewellery store, bars, restaurants, club house, sports activities, hotels all within 2-5 minutes walk of the apartment within the resort.

Booking form is required to fill in, which I will forward as soon as a booking has been requested. 25% deposit is also required.
