This is a beautiful villa, built in a very quiet area. Within easy reach of the bars and restaurants in the bustling harbour of Kyrennia. Situated in a quiet community of 12 villas and near Hotels with outside swimming pools. Fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning units. The top balcony has sea and mountain views. Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. For a longer let, there will be a much lesser price to pay but will have to pay own bills. Negotiable.
Changeover day
Flexible at the moment on changeover days. Most flights from Ercan arr. early or mid evening. There is also a possibility of flying into Larnaca and getting a taxi from there which I can arrange.
Accommodation

Notes on accommodation
Central heating for the winter months which is essential. Has a combi boiler which only operates in the winter. In the summer there is a solar system and has an emersion heater as back up. The air conditioning is only in the lounge and the master bedroom.

Accessibility
The propety is suitalbe for anyone with mobility problems. The downstairs is where everything is and there would be no need to use stairs.
Outside
Waiting for a quote to have decking done outside. If done then there will be a BBQ. To be updated in a couple of weeks.
Otherwise there is only a communal garden
Coast/Beach
There is a small beach within 15 mins walking distance or a 5 min drive. The bigger beaches are a 20 min drive away on either side (east coast or west) The coast is visible from the top balcony and is a 5 min walk.
Golf
There is a brand new golf club just been finished last year. It is a fantastic Golf club but is also fairly expensive. It also boast a very good spa.
Special interest holidays
One of the most popular reasons for people to go to the North of Cyprus out of the high season, is walking holidays. There are many great walks available in the mountains.
Travel
The nearest airport is Ercan, which is half an hour drive from the villa and would cost something like £20 for a taxi. Car hire is certainly recommended and can be arranged through local companies. I can arrange for a car to be delivered to the villa at an agreeable time.
Distances
The beautiful harbour of Kyrennia is a 5 min drive. Bellapais Monastry is a 10 min drive in the hills and also has some great eating places. Famagusta with its ancient Roman ruins and amphitheatre is an hour’s drive. Within the area, there are 2 castles to visit. One is about 10 min drive the other, directly in Kyrennia harbour. The first one sits high on a mountain top and is visible from the villa.
Further details
There are now a few supermarkets within easy reach of the villa. One you could walk, taking a short cut, in 10 mins. There is also a couple of restaurants in the same vicinity. A bakery is just on the other side of the villa. Banks would be in the town. The harbour has an abundance of boat trips on offer. There is also a horse riding stables and quad biking available. At the end of June, there is a beach very famous for the Turtles coming in to hatch their eggs and is quite fantastic to watch.
Booking notes
On request a non returnable deposit of £100 will be asked for.
Two weeks before departure the full amount will be paid. The deposit will be refunded on return from the villa.
