We are delighted to present our one year old apartment which is situated in the coastal town of Kapparis. Popular with locals and tourists alike, the village has many restaurants and bars. If you prefer a quiet and relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the more commercialised resorts then this is ideal for you. However Ayia Napa and Protaras are only a 10 mins driver/taxi away. The apartment itself is spacious and has the added advantage of a large patio and small garden area with a sunbed for private sun bathing. The patio is shaded from 10AM and the garden area has direct sun until 3pm all summer. There is also a communal pool /kiddies pool and play area within the complex. Within walking distance is the beach and many coves and secluded sandy areas. An late afternoon walk along the bay is highly recommended and views to Famagusta bay and it's hotels are most impressive.

Prices are for the property per unit per week. Booking for 2009 made in 2008 and get 10% discount. Deposits required to secure booking, Final payment on arrival plus refundable deposit.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed, fitted wardrobes and fully air conditioned. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and fully air-conditioned. The lounge are has a sofa bed. |
| Bathrooms: | The bathroom has wc, sink and bath with shower. The water is solar powered but also has an immersion heater for the winter months. There is also water pump for extra power for the shower. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully maintained with all white goods, cooker, hob and extractor. All kitchen facilities are provided for and utensils. Including microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | The living area is open plan and opens out directly onto the patio and garden area. You will have full air conditioning and acces to satellite TV, DVD player plus local Cyprus TV. The dining area has 6 chairs and table for indoor dining. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are all provided for and apartment will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival. |

Accessibility
As the apartment is on the ground floor it is suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
Outside
Patio area has comfortable outdoor table and chairs and private sun bed for bathing. The patio area is shaded during the day the garden area has direct sunlight until about 3pm during the summer.
There is a communal pool with kiddies pool and has all the facilities required, sun loungers, showers, toilets and disable toilets. There are also well maintained gardens and children's play area.
Coast/Beach
The local beach is only a 10 min walk away. There are local facilities including water sports, boat cruises and day hire buggies etc. There are beautiful walks along the coast were you can find many private coves which you may be lucky enough to have to yourself. With views of Famagusta and beautiful clear water and unspoiled beaches you will not be disappointed. Alternatively the busier beaches of Protaras and Ayia Napa are only a 10 min drive away.
Travel
Larnaca airport is only 40 mins away. You can hire car pick up at the airport or book a local taxi. There are many airlines which fly into Larnaca airport from all of the UK and Ireland. Please advise if you need any further information and I will be happy to assist.
Distances
Kapparis is a 5-10 min walk. Protaras is a five minute drive (no more than 8 euro in a taxi). Paralimni is the nearest shopping area (five min drive) with many shops and cafes. Ayia Napa is about 12km with many lively bars, clubs and great nightlife. No more than 15 euro in a taxi.
Further details
The town of Kapparis is very close and locals are quite friendly.
Booking notes
A booking deposit of 25% is required to hold the apartment. This can be paid by PayPal or cheque prior to travel. The balance is payable upon arrival. There is also a holding deposit of £100 in case of any damages etc. This will be returned upon departure.
