Views over looking Gerskpiou and the sea beyond. Situated above the humidity level with cooling breeze. Open plan lounge leading into kitchen / dining area. Large patio doors to landscape garden and pool area. Gated drive way for parking, steps down leading to front entrance.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Air conditioning units 5 euros per unit per day. High chair 25 euros per week. Cot and bedding 25 euros per week. meet and greet at airport 20 euros. Paid to our local representatives.
Changeover day
Changeover day can be flexible we will try and fit in with your dates and times wherever possible.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bed linen are provided and changed once a week. Please provide own beach towels. The villa is cleaned once a week. |
Notes on accommodation
Cot /bedding and highchair available to hire, a charge is made for air conditioning. The villa is suitable for children. Solar water heating and immersion heater for winter months. A welcome pack is provided. A meet and greet service can be provided at airport extra charge. Quotation for car hire can be arranged on request. Should the key be lost a charge will be made for a replacement.
Our local representative lives in the adjacent villa they are the main key holders, if any problems they will be happy to help and will be on call if needed via phone. No smoking inside the villa.

There are 8 steps aproximately down to the villa.
Outside
Private secluded garden with 8x4m swimming for guests only wth poolside shower. Patio table with 6 chairs four sun loungers and large parasol. Gas barbeque available.
Coast/Beach
The local beach at Gerskipou is a 5 minute drive, lovely sandy beach and a nice grassed area with sun loungers for hire
Varoius beach bars, toilets with changing facilities.
Golf
There are three golf courses all within a 30 minutes drive. Tsada golf club set in grounds of a 12th century monastrey 550m above sea level. Secret Valley nestles in a scenic valley. Aphordite Hills skill needed to conquer some of the dramatic holes. Even if your not an avid golfer well worth a visit to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and enjoy a spot of lunch.
Skiing
The Troodos Mountains are approx 1 hour's drive away were you can enjoy skiing in the winter months or beautiful walks through out the summer.
Travel
Paphos airport is only a 15 minute drive away, and Larnaca around an hour and a half drive. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Gerskipou village is 5 minutes drive, Paphos the main tourist area is 10-15 minutes by car.

Geriskipou is a traditional Cypriot Village you will find one of the most interesting churches,k Agia Paraskevi, dating back to the 10th century. The village is well known for its Turkish Delight ( Loukoumi). Folk art museum with a collection of folk arts and crafts in a beautiful Chatzismith house. Various tavernas, super market, bakerys for your freshly baked bread and beautifull cypriot cakes, bank, chemist and petrol station. Paphos town a short drive you will find the picturesque harbour, you can book various boat trips, plenty of shops, restaurants, and Bar Street for a lively night out. Paphos also offers a water park, horse riding, the bird park a good day out for children and adults,about 45mins by car. Coral Bay, a fabulous sandy beach 30 min drive by car, you will find plenty of water sports. There is building work going on behind this does not affect our villa, most of the heavy work has been done, the contractors usually finish at 3.30pm, our villa is on a development with three other villas and a bungalow and has been completed. No work by contractors during the August period.
Booking notes
Booking and payment can be made by cheque, deposit of 25%non refundable, balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday. A damage deposit of £100 refundable to be paid with balance. If for any reason you had to cancel at short notice when payment had been made, if we are able to re let we would return your balance.
