This new privately owned apartment, the upper of 2 built in traditional village style, is set in the foothills of the mountains, on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Karaman. Undoubtedly the prettiest village in North Cyprus. Spectacular panoramic views of both the sea and coastline to the front, and the rugged Kyrenia Mountains, with Hilarion Castle perched on the top, behind. Below to the east is the ancient harbour of Kyrenia, widely regarded as one of the jewels of the Mediterranean.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning and fans for summer and full gas central heating for winter. This comfy apartment has been fitted out for the owners own use and is made to be lived in throughout the year. Safety deposit box. Not suitable for children under 12.
Outside
Use of two quiet swimming pools with sun loungers set in landscaped gardens, both with fantastic views. Plenty of outside areas for sitting. Private covered parking exclusive to the apartment.
Coast/Beach
There are many beaches within a short drive and other coves to be discovered while exploring this beautiful country.

Travel
Ercan Airport 45 mins drive. Larnaca Airport 1 hr 30 mins drive.
Distances
There is a village shop, restaurant and village pub a few minutes walk into the village. Many other supermarkets and varied superb restaurants a very short drive away.

Activities/Interests - numerous historic places of interest to explore all over North Cyprus. Water sports including scuba diving, horse riding, paragliding, boat trips from Kyrenia Harbour. Luxurious health spa close by. Numerous superb mountain trails immediately on the doorstep. Turtle watching, both seeing eggs being laid and hatchlings emerging (in season). Orchid and wild flower walks arranged (mid February to early May). Bird watching. Welcome Pack on arrival. Help with arranging airport pick up and car hire if required. Knowledgeable British couple on hand if needed.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 (per week) is requested to secure your booking. Eight weeks before the start of your holiday the balance is due, plus a refundable breakage/damage deposit of £100.

We are regular visitors to Karaman but first time staying at this apartment.We found the accommodation extremely comfortable/spacious & clean.Kitted out for our every need.Loved the pools which were clean,calm & private.The balcony was lovely to spend time enjoying the wonderful views & cool breeze. Really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful Apartment.Views are breathtaking.The location perfect for us,out of the way enough to enjoy some peace & quiet but only a few minutes drive to beaches,restaurants etc. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone & will certainly rebook if in Cyprus again.
