Villa 5B enjoys a quiet setting in a small mature development called Klimataria. About 10 minutes easy walk from Pissouri Bay which is midway between Limassol and Paphos, (34km each way). The beach, which has a 'Blue Flag' rating, is clean and offers safe bathing with a variety of water sports from sailing to para-gliding. There are a number of beach-side tavernas. The villa offers easy access to the Troodos mountains with great walks through unspoilt forests. The villa is ideally situated for sightseeing. The old village of Pissouri, some 275m above sea level is about 3km from the villa and is very picturesque, retaining it's unspoilt charm. The square is the focal point of the village with taverns' offering meals of a high standard. There are also banks and a post office and a small supermarket. Pissouri is a great holiday location away from the madding crowd.

Changeover day
We accept bookings starting any day of the week. Normally our visitors are required to vacate the villa by 10am on the day of departure. However, if there are no visitors arriving that day, then by agreement the client may remain in the villa.

| Living Rooms: | Open-plan lounge/diner fully equipped with settee/sofabed and 2 armchairs, cupboard and book case. TV/DVD/CD player, radio, ceiling fans. Patio doors leading to patio and pool areas. Dining table and chairs. |
| Other: | There is a walk-in shower and toilet of off the lounge making the villa suitable for disabled persons. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen is included as are towels for use around the pool. The property is fully cleaned prior to arrival and all linen changed. There are no further cleans during you stay, However, there is ample linen in the linen chest to change beds during your stay. |

The small pool and enclosed gardens makes the villa ideal for young children. Cots and highchairs can be provided if requested.

Accessibility
There is easy access into the villa for persons with mobility difficulties through the patio doors into the lounge area. The walk in shower room and toilet off of the lounge is not large enough to accommodate a wheelchair.
Outside
The patio and pool area is protected by flowering hedges on both sides and with a fence to the rear making the garden very private. A barbecue, two sun loungers and two reclining sun chairs are provided as is a table and chairs. The pool which is private, is about 5 meters by 3 meters with a shallow end depth of 2 feet and a deep end depth of about 5 feet, it is not heated.
Coast/Beach
Pissouri bay, is on the south coast of Cyprus midway between Paphos and Limassol. The beach which has a Blue Flag rating, offers safe bathing for children. Water sports are available including sailing, wind surfing, jet skis and para-gliding. There are a number of tavernas on the beach front and good quality restaurants in the jetty. There are two small supermarkets a diving centre, bike hire shop and car hire companies in the jetty.
Golf
The villa is about 15 minutes from Aphrodite Hills golf course and 20 minutes from Secret Valley Golf course.
Skiing
Skiing takes place on Mount Olympus in the Troodos mountains during the winter. About 2 hours drive from the villa.
Travel
The villa is about 20 minutes from Paphos airport by car. Larnaca airport is about one and quarter hours journey by car. Car hire can be arranged to pick up and drop at the airport of arrival, as can a taxi service. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Pissouri village is about 3kms from the villa in the hills. A taxi service or car is recommended, although the more energetic can walk. Paphos is 20 minutes away, along the motorway and Limassol the same distance in the opposite direction. The motorway is about 2kms from the villa.
Further details
There is a bank and car hire companies a short walk from the beach. The Columbia Hotel in the jetty is very exclusive but a great place to enjoy coffee and meals.
Booking notes
Call to ascertain availability of your preferred dates, if available, these will be held for 5 days to allow time to find and book flights. When flights confirmed a booking form to be completed and a deposit 0f 25% required. Final payment 6 weeks before departure when final details will be sent with your confirmation.
