1st floor accommodation with private west facing gardens with dining and lounging areas. Private car parking space with extra available for visitors. Gated complex with key-code entry system, also intercom entry in each apartment for added security. Code system safe in each apartment.

Accessibility
Ground floor apartments with wide doors. Disabled toilets in block and at poolside.

Outside
Balconies with each apartment, We have provided a dining table and chairs and two sun loungers (sun loungers in 1 bed apartment only) for the gardens. The complex has landscaped gardens, a beautiful communal swimming pool with loungers and parasols. Tennis courts are available at an adjacent complex.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful and award winning Pyla beach is 3km away with a variety of watersports available. There is also the beach at Larnaca front and the very popular Mckenzie beach (Larnaca) - a short drive away. Mckenzie beach is situated 100m from Larnaca airport and watching the planes landing is a real experience. If you do have a car, there are a large number of beaches and coves waiting to be explored in the surrounding areas all within 15 minutes drive.

Skiing
Skiing is available in the Troodos mountains during January and February. Equipment can be hired easily and is reasonably priced.

Distances
A short walk to Pyla village approx 9 minutes. To Larnaca by car is approx 10 minutes. The famous Dhelkia road, lined with bars, shops and restaurants is approx 4 minutes by car.

Further details
The nearby town of Larnaca provides excellent shopping with both high street stores and smaller, traditional Cypriot shops. There are many archaeological sites, museums and art galleries in the town. Families are fully catered for, with watersports, diving, horse riding, bowling, a camel park and a waterpark (approx 30km) among many other things to do. Pyla is ideally situated near the motorway network for exploring the whole island.

Booking notes
A £100 refundable security payment required at booking and returned to you on a satisfactory inspection of the apartment on your departure. 25% of the accommodation price payable on booking and the remaining 75% 8 weeks before departure.
Cancellation refunds: more than 8 weeks in advance of your stay, a full refund will be made less the rental deposit. Within 8 weeks, the owner reserves the right to retain the balance of the rental should it not be possible to re-let.
