The kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, air con and fitted wardrobes. The large lounge also has air con with a double sofabed and a separate seating area which comprises of a 3-piece suite and a dining table and 4 chairs. Outside on the spacious balcony is a further garden table and chairs. The bathroom has a WC, vanity unit and bath with shower. Just outside the complex is a supermarket café and bank. It will take 10 minutes to walk to Geroskipou village centre and 20 minutes to walk to the beach and Paphos harbour area. The apartment has ample parking and is served by a lift. The balcony has superb sea and mountains views. To see and visit all the fantastic sites that Cyprus has to offer a car is recommend.

Coast/Beach
Geroskipou beach is the local beach to the apartment and can be reached by a 20 minute walk down quiet country lanes or a few minutes in the car. Coral Bay which is further is a fantastic gently sloping sandy beach with crystal clear water: ideal for safe family fun. Try some water sports!
Golf
The surrounding area of Paphos boasts the islands 3 golf courses all within a 15 minute drive. Aphrodite Hills GC is a championship course and will test even the seasoned professional. Take a look at aphroditehills.com.
Skiing
The Troodos mountains offer skiing between January and Mid March. There are 4 ski runs lifts with cafes/restaurants located around the resort - Troodos is about an hour away by car.
Travel
Only 15 minutes from Paphos international airport. In 31 BC, Paphos became the capital of the island. Today it enjoys a small town atmosphere with a population of 40,000. The harbour is a very popular retreat for an afternoon walk with plenty of tavernas, cafes and souvenir shops. The harbour is used by pleasure craft and fishing boats and is guarded by a splendid Byzantine Fort. The famous mosaics are seen in the harbour area

Yeroskipou
Lying on the outskirts of Paphos, it is less than 10 minutes by car from the airport to the apartment. Geroskipou is a quiet village with the oldest Byzantine church on the island: it is a basilica surrounded by 5 domes with beautiful wall paintings. The town is also famed for the sweet shop making Geroskipou delights.

Tombs of the Kings is a world heritage site that dates back to 4th century BC and was used as a burial site for the Ptolemy dynasty.

Aphrodites rock according to the Greek legend is the birthplace of Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love. 25 km east of Paphos: it is a beautiful picnic spot.
Aphrodites baths. The goddess of love used to take her beauty baths in a pool in a grotto, shaded by a fig tree. It lies north of Paphos and can still be visited.
Egypt and the pyramids can be reached on a 3 day cruise from Limassol which lies 30 minute east of Paphos.
Climate:
The climate in Cyprus is typically Mediterranean with long dry summers. The average annual temperature is 19C and often reaches 40C in summer. From May to September there is around 11 hours of sunshine per day.
Booking notes
A £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with the full payment required within 6 weeks of your holiday. If a booking is made with less than 6 weeks before your holiday commences then full payment will be required at the time of booking.
A £100 deposit is also required to cover damage and or any breakages that may occur - this will be refunded 14 days after your return and we have confirmation that no deductions are necessary.
