Changeover day
Flights into Larnaca or Ercan fly in most airports daily so changeover day is flexible.

Utility Room: Iron and ironing board, clothes airer.
Living Rooms: Open planned lounge with 3 seater sofa and 1 armchair, TV and DVD player, air-conditioning unit leading onto large terrace with sea views. Dining room, dining table, 4 chairs.
Other: Lounge, and both bedrooms have air-conditioning/heater units. Travel cot (please bring own linen) and highchair. Also there are 2 children's ready beds. And a new buggy for your convenience.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and bedlinen are included (not beach towels). A full clean with beds made up on arrival, there is enough towels and bedlinen for the duration of your stay. A weekly clean can be arranged at an additional cost if required.

Accessibility
The complex has slopes around the pool area's and to the on-site supermarket. The doors to the apartment are wide so can accommodate a wheelchair, although the bath/shower may cause a problem.

Outside
Garden apartment with large patio area large patio table and 4 chairs, on private terrace, with own flowers on patio. Looking out to the Mediterranean. Both bedrooms look onto a shared large pool and baby pool, with BBQ area, and sun loungers. There is in total 7 swimming pools on the complex 1 being a heated outside pool. Well stocked supermarket on site, bar, 2 private beeches, children's play area, sauna, jacuzzi, volleyball court, tennis courts, and beauty salon. Giant chess board, mini crazy golf, outdoor and indoor gymnasium.

Coast/Beach
2 private beaches on-site 1 being a 5 minute walk and 1 being a 10 minute walk, man made coves.

Golf
Korenium Golf and Country Club. Brand new 18 hole Championship Golf Course (with health spa) is located only 500m from Turtle bay Village. It includes club house complete with fitness centre, beauty salon, restaurant which is open to non golfers, cafe bar. If golf is your game you will not be disappointed, superb driving range, and academy with 3 full length practice holes. A day pass can be obtained and a discount is available for all Turtle Bay Holiday makers. in great quite peaceful location.

Skiing
Trodos Mountains snow at 6000 feet only 50 minutes drive away.

Special interest holidays
Activities available in North Cyprus are fishing, scuba diving, go-carting, paragliding, paint balling, mountain climbing, water parks (Acapulco Hotel & Oscars Hotel), horse riding, boat tours, walking, relaxing, beach, turtle watching at Alagadi Beach which is 3 kilometres away. Visits to historical castles such as St Hilarion, Buffavento and Kantara together with the Bellapais Abbey, and the Shipwreck Museum in Kyrenia Harbour. Famagusta is also a must for visiting with the walled city.

Travel
Ercan Airport is a 25 minute drive from our apartment, Larnaca Airport 1.30 minutes by taxi. Car highly recommended.

Distances
Esentepe Village 5 minute drive away with a few supermarkets, bars and resturants, butchers, police station, petrol station.
Kyrenia harbour is a 25 minute drive where you will find many shops, bars, resturants, a weekly outdoor market.
Only a 10 minute drive and you are up in the mountains, where there is quant unspolit little villages, or stay on the costal road and sea lots of pretty coves restaurants.

Currency UK pounds, Turkish Lira, Dollars, Euros, but mainly everyone uses pounds or YTL Turkish Lira, all banks speak great English.

Booking notes
A non refundable 25% deposit is required at time of booking, and the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. We also ask for a £100 refundable deposit on damages and breakages. If electric exceeds 70 units per week it will be deducted from your £100 holding deposit to cover the cost. Your holding deposit less any electric will be returned once our apartment has been checked within 7 days of your return. Please note the prices are reduced for 2008, as the complex isn't fully completed.

About the owner
I am a full time mum of 2 girls, aged 6 and 3, they keep me busy. My husband is a self employed double glazing fitter. We love having quality family time together. And enjoy swimming, eating out, and bike riding. We enjoy very much going to our apartment in North Cyprus and we try and go 3 times a year, we have made many friends there and hope to move there for good in the future.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We bought our property in Esentepe as it is a small village away the crowds and night life, however Turtle Bay Village has lots to offer so you will never get bored. We have 2 young children who love the freedom to run around. Turtle Bay Village is only 20 minutes drive to the main town of Kyrenia, although there are plenty of restaurants and bars, you pass on the way.

Unique benefits of the property
We have such a beautiful outlook, as we look out to the sea, mountains, and both bedrooms overlook one of the swimming pools. We also have a brand new pushchair, highchair, and travel cot for your convenience. Our property is very well situated for the on-site supermarket as this is only a minutes walk away, and the 2 on-site bars are only a couple of minutes away.
