This balcony has a covered area for that much needed shade in summer and an huge open area with gas BBQ, 6 seater table and chairs and sunbeds. The bedrooms and living areas have individual reverse cycle air-conditioning.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property for 1 week's rental. Discount for longer rental. Price includes A/C and cleaning. Deposit of 25% will be required at the time of booking plus refundable breakage deposit of 200 euros with balance of holiday 10 weeks before departure. Deposits are non refundable. Cancellations as per booking agreement.
Changeover day
Depending on availability, changeover day can be flexible.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a double bed and huge built in wardrobes and a safe. It also has a small balcony which looks over the hills behind. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and huge built in wardrobes. Both have reverse cycle split air-conditioning. |

Notes on accommodation
There is a communal sauna and bathroom located next to the pools and a BBQ area with sink and shower.
Outside
There are 2 communal pools, paved barbecue area, sauna and indoor and outdoor showers. The pool area is surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Electronic gated entrance, allocated undercover parking.
Coast/Beach
About 5 min drive by car or taxi down the hill, is Pissouri Bay. The excellent beach has sun beds and shades, watersports, including sailing dingies, windsurfers, jet skis, waterskiing, paragliding, shops, and excellent restaurants and tavernas can be found here. The famous Columbia Resort is also here in the bay for you to enjoy.
Another wonderful beach is at Aphrodite's Birthplace, just 5 mins down the road towards Paphos. Here you can search for heart shaped pebbles and rocks!
Golf
Championship golf courses at Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley golf course 10/15mins drive away. Tsada golf course is approx 20min drive to the north of Paphos. The British Army base of Episkopi has 18 hole course, about 10-15min drive.
Skiing
There is a ski resort in the Troodos mountains about 40 minutes by car.
Special interest holidays
There are many archaelogical sites nearby including Tombs of the Kings, Aphrodite's Birthplace, Kourion Ruins, Kolossi Castle, and many many more.
There are also many traditional villages close by such as Oomodos which are famous for their lace, linen and silverware.
Travel
The nearest airport is Paphos which is about 20 minutes drive. The next closest is Larnaca, which is about 75 minutes drive.
Distances
Paphos Harbour, resort and Limassol are both about 25 minutes' drive away, with many places of archaelogical interest nearby. The Troodos Mountains are about 40 minutes' drive away, with many interesting villages on the way. Skiing is available during winter months. The northern side of the island is now accessible.
Further details
Pissouri Village boasts 3 banks, one medium-sized and two smaller supermarkets, an internet cafe, numerous traditional tavernas, such as: Moonlight, Vrakla, Hideaway, Pissouriana (with pool), Pissouri Square and Symposium. During the day, you can take a beer or coffee in the square and watch the world pass by ...
There are also about 4 smaller Kebab-type cafes, a Pizza restaurant and a chinese restaurant. Bunch of Grapes, Hill View, and Olympus Palace restaurants. Also there are five bars: Iron Horse, Diver's Bar, Sparti Bar, Red Fever and Sultana Bar. There are no noisy nightclubs - life is very gentle. Between May and October there are the famous 'Cyprus Nights' - every Wednesday in the village square, encompassing three tavernas - and on Friday, at the Vineleaf Tavern, where there are excellent self-service Mezes traditional Greek and Cyprus dancing by professional local performers.
Booking notes
On booking, you will be sent a booking form. You will also be sent an Agreement, giving you the terms of the letting arrangement. You will need to complete booking form, and return to me with your deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost. The balance will be paid at 10 weeks before departure, together with a refundable damages deposit of £200, returnable once no damages/breakages have occurred.

About the owner
We are an Aussie couple who have been living in Kuwait for 12 years. We bought our beautiful Penthouse so we could escape this dusty desert hole occasionally. When we get there, we just sit on the balcony and gaze out over the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, and forget where we have just come from. The people in the village are just wonderful, and we usually wander up every evening for a stroll and a chat. We don't get there as often now as the airlines have stopped flying there, so weekends are impossible. I know you will enjoy our little piece of paradise as we always do. ENJOY! Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We bought the property off plan in 2007, but it was not completed until January 2008. We bought it as soon as we saw the location. Magnificent views over the beautiful countryside and yet only 20 mins from the main cities of Paphos and Limassol. The village has a wonderful welcoming feel to it and the people are so friendly. Once completed, we went there 9 times in 2008 for weekends and occasional longer stays from Kuwait, as the climate here is pretty awful. Many of our friends have joined us and always go back for seconds, it is such and awesome place. We now long for the times when we were there and wish that we could be there again, however, the airlines don't fly directly there from Kuwait any longer, so it is too hard to get there and impossible to go just for a weekend.
Unique benefits of the property
The main benefit is the peace and quiet, magnificent unobstructed views of the countryside and the Mediterranean and of course the climate. Also, the beaches are so clean and the water is crystal clear. We are right in the middle of 3 major golf courses and many ancient sites. Our apartment was built a little differently to the others in the complex as we designed the bathroom which has a jet shower, which feels wonderful after a round of golf. There is also a sauna and under cover parking. The neighbours are super and very helpful and the caretaker is British! A wonderful young man with a beautiful family.
