Maria's Paradise is a detached, very luxurious, spacious villa situated in the peaceful, tranquil area of Argaka. The breathtaking sea view is not only pleasurable in the day but offers beautiful sunsets in the evening, especially from the upstairs balcony where you can have uninterrupted views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Here you can have a meal or simply relax. This very high quality villa has magnificent traditional furniture and everything you will need for your holiday. The four bedrooms, of which one is on the ground floor, all have en suite bathrooms. A jacuzzi is also available for use. The outdoor private swimming pool (6 x 12 ) also enjoys sea views whilst swimming, as does the rest of the garden where you can sit and sunbathe or shelter under the pagoda in the shade. There is a stone built BBQ at the side of the garden for al fresco dining.

Please note: A/C is 5.00 Euros extra, per unit, per day (payable locally).
If a payment is made by Credit/Charge Card, you will incur an additional fee (up to 3%) to cover the cost of the transaction with the card provider. A security deposit of £100 sterling will be required in case of any damage and is refundable 14 days after departure (payable locally).

Accessibility
Wheelchair friendly. The ground floor bedroom / en suite, with shower, is ideal for people with mobility problems.
Outside
The outdoor private swimming pool (6 x 12 ) also enjoys sea views whilst swimming, as does the rest of the garden where you can sit and sunbathe or shelter under the pagoda in the shade.
Also, there are covered verandahs and balconies for you to dine or relax.
There is a stone built BBQ at the side of the garden for al fresco dining and for you to try all those delicious Cypriot dishes.
Coast/Beach
Latchi beach, about 15 minutes drive, has wonderfully clear water and there are plenty more quiet beaches in adjacent bays. You could also include a visit to the fabulous beach at Coral Bay, and further south to the popular beach resort of Paphos, approx 45 minutes away, also with its famous ancient sites.
Travel
Paphos airport is approx an hour away.
A car is essential and we can help to arrange car hire if this would be helpful to you.

It is a short 10 minute drive from the picturesque town of Polis, a likeable small Cypriot town with orthodox churches, a picturesque square, traditional buildings, pretty courtyards and a daily market, is famous for fresh fish restaurants which are found along the beachfront. You will also find plenty of shops, bars and a big supermarket in the town centre.

Latchi offers a modest collection of charming traditional waterfront tavernas with excellent seafood, and traditional Cypriot cuisine. The Villa is a short 10 minute drive from the picturesque town of Polis, a likeable small Cypriot town with orthodox churches, a picturesque square, traditional buildings, pretty courtyards and a daily market, is famous for fresh fish restaurants which are found along the beachfront. You will also find plenty of shops, bars and a big supermarket in the town centre.
The Villa is ideally placed for exploring scenic western Cyprus and the Akamas Peninsula: a beautiful protected region with walking trails, rugged gorges, wild flowers and gorgeous tiny isolated coves.
A four wheel drive vehicle is recommended.
Worthwhile visits include Kato Paphos Harbour with it's famous Castle, mosaics, the sea front shops and restaurants. The Baths of Aphrodite, the Byzantine museum at Peristerona, fabulous mountain monasteries like Chrysoroyiatissa and Ayios Neophytos. More ambitious trips include Nicosia and the Troodos Mountains, where you can explore the wild mountain roads that climb through spectacular scenery to lovely hospitable traditional villages.
