The third bedroom has a Z-bed which can be used as 2 singles or can be made into a double. Outside the private pool has a tiled patio area for soaking up the sun. In the evening around the pool is well lit to enjoy al fresco dining with patio table and chairs and the all important barbeque. Local supermarket stocks most items and only 300m.

Coast/Beach
The heart of Ayia Napa is only a 5 minutes drive away. Protaras is less than 10 minutes drive and within 10 minutes there are too many stunning beaches to name personally so rent a car and explore. Ayia Thekla beach is only 1500m away; here the children can play for hours in the white sand and the shallow warm water in the sheltered lagoon. It only a 4 minute drive to the award winning Water World Water Park guaranteed fun for all the family.
Golf
Nearest Golf is: Golf Training Field, Eastern Mediterranean University - Famagusta. This field is established in 2001 to serve golf lovers to do training on this grass field. The artificial hills and sand obstacles make the field much better for the people who want to do training. Reservation and Usage: From Monday to Friday, between 14:00 and 18:00 there is a special instructor who can teach golf for beginners. Skiing
In Cyprus, snow-skiing can be enjoyed at Troodos, from the beginning of January to the end of March. The highest point of the Troodos range is Mount Olympus. Mount Olympos is only 3 km, from Troodos hill resort, 12 km from Platres hill resort, and about an hour's drive from the seaside town of Lemesos and the capital Lefkosia. The Cyprus Ski Club possesses four Ski lifts. Two of the lifts are installed on the North Face of Mount Olympus. One is 350 metres long and the other is 500 metres long.
The other two ski-lifts are installed at 'Sun Valley' south of Olympus and each is 150 metres long.
Travel
Car hire is recommended and we can arrange it for you. Please call for details. Larnaca Airport - 25 min drive. Paralimni, bank, large supermarket - 15 mins.
Airport transfer available, 35 euros each wayfor up to 4 persons. 70 euros each way for 6 persons.
Distances
For those who wish to venture further, a visit to the picturesque Troodos Mountains and a shopping/sightseeing tour of Nicosia (the world's only divided city) is highly recommended.
Further details
The villa is privately owned and our agent will deal with any problems/special requests throughout your vacation. Nearby is the town of Paralimni which has a beautiful church in the centre square and also hosts two large comprehensive supermarkets who can cater for all your holiday needs, even an M & S! Ayia Napa and Protaras have banks and cash machines and English is well spoken.
Booking notes
25% initial deposit in Sterling or euros. Balance payable 6 weeks before departure, plus £250 security deposit refundable if no damage/breakages occur. Please note, we do not accept bookings for all male or all female parties, the villa is for family accommodation, or for mature adults. If any booking is made and not disclosed for such parties, we have the right to refuse access on arrival and no refund will be given.
