The villa has been furnished to a very high standard. It is designed to accommodate 4 people although could cater for up to 5 if the additional is a small child. Briefly, it comprises of open plan living room with feature fireplace with electric wood burning fire, Dining Room with patio doors to the front gardens and veiws of St.Hialrion Castle, lounge with views of mountains and Bellapais. Outdoor terracing is plentiful at the front and rear as well as a roof terrace to capture the sunset. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, cooker, oven and hob, extractor fan, washing machine and water machine for your convenience.

Notes on prices
Payments: by cheque. Refundable bond: a deposit of £100 per week, required per booking against breakage. It will be refunded within 1 month of your return or on cancellation. Cancellation charges: Up to 8 weeks from occupancy-deposit. 56 to 29 days prior to occupancy - 60% of total. 28 days or less to occupancy - 100%. NB: It is always advisable to take out holiday insurance in the event of cancellation, property loss, accident or ill health.

This is strictly a no smoking villa. A safe is also provided.A welcome pack can be provided at an additional cost on request.
Accessibility
This property is ideal for everyone, benefiting from ground floor accommodation. The private pool makes any holiday complete with the built in Cyprus BBQ along side. Roof terrace to watch the stunning sunset.
Outside
There is plenty of outdoor space. We have three different terraces allowing shade anytime of day. Stone walls surround our private landscaped gardens, there is a swinging hammock set on the front garden to enjoy the sunset.
Sun loungers and cushions, parasols, patio table and chairs.
We have included some inflatables for the pool along with games for your enjoyment. There is a private driveway and pathway to the villa.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of North Cyprus are among the cleanest & safest in the Med. Ave. water temperature between May-Oct is 25 degrees celsius. The fine beaches cater for all tastes; the sun worshipper, the beach comber, the active water sports enthusiasts will each be equally satisfied. SHAYNA Beach Club is 5 mins drive & Acapulco approx 10 min drive away, with slides for the children & restaurants its one of the best the island offers.
Golf
15 mins from the villa is the 18 hole international championship Korineum golf course.
Special interest holidays
Ozankoy offers a local riding school, a farm and you will often see goats, sheep and cows grazing in the olive groves which the villa directly looks over! If you like, you can pick Olives from our tree in the gardens & take them to be pressed in the village & take back a bottle of your own Olive Oil! What a great gift too...Alagadi Beach (Turtle beach) famous for its turtle breeding is a must when breeding season is upon us, you can observe the expedition of a nest and watch the turtles take their first journey to the sea.
Five minutes north of the villa are the beautiful, sandy beaches of the Mediterranean & a great variety of bars & restaurants, which cater for every taste and budget. To the South, rise the impressive Five Finger (Besparmak) Mountains, creating an incomparably impressive backdrop to the villa where the picturesque village of Bellapais can be found just a 5 minutes drive away, with its magnificent Abbey & many restaurants.
Travel
The nearest airport is Ercan this is a 20 minute drive from the villa. Larnaca airport is approx 60 minutes from the villa. A taxi can be arranged for pickup from Larnaca. Car essential.
Distances
Ozankoy is perfect for giving you the advantage of village life, yet within 5 minutes you can be in the centre of Kyrenia town. Ozankoy is a small village with local restaurants and small local shops, which are only a few minutes drive. Supermarkets are plentiful, the nearest one being two minutes drive away. they are all well stocked with fresh food cooked daily.

The restaurants in this area are superb you will be spoilt for choice, catering for all tastes. Nearest restaurant a 10 minute walk away. All are family friendly. Several restaurants will taxi you from our villa to their restaurant.
As the sun sets, Kyrenia harbour becomes the focus of activity as the locals take their evening stroll and the restaurants that face the waters prepare for their memorable evenings. Crisp white linen and individually candle-lit tables are lovingly arranged to welcome the evening's guests to enjoy the Mediterranean food, whilst gentle strumming of music wafts out across the harbour, overlooking the rippling waters.
Kyrenia is an easy place to be any time of the day; exploring shops, markets and local cafés, strolling along the narrow cobbled alleys behind the harbour or stepping out along the promenade and sea wall.

A deposit of £100 per week is required on confirmation of the booking and the balance paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Deposits are non-refundable. A £100 returnable breakages and damage deposit per week is also payable, refunded up to 4 weeks after departure after.
