The villa has been furnished to a very high standard. It is designed to accommodate 4 people although could cater for up to 5 if the additional is a small child. Briefly, it comprises of open plan living room with feature fireplace and dining room both with patio doors. Kitchen, 2 bedrooms, main with en-suite with half bath/shower and main bathroom with walk in shower. Outdoor terracing is plentiful at the front and rear as well as a roof terrace to capture the sunset. Both bedrooms; one double and one twin benefit from air-conditioning and fully fitted wardrobes, drawers, double room with en-suite. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, cooker, oven and hob, extractor fan, washing machine and water machine for your convenience.

Accessibility
This property is ideal for everyone, benefiting from ground floor accommodation. The private pool makes any holiday complete with the built in Cyprus BBQ along side.
Outside
There is plenty of outdoor space. We have three different terraces allowing shade anytime of day. Stone walls surround our private landscaped gardens, there is a swinging hammock set on the front garden to enjoy the sunset.
Sun loungers and cushions, parasols, patio table and chairs.
We have included some inflatables for the pool along with games for your enjoyment. There is a private driveway and pathway to the villa.
Coast/Beach
Lots of sandy beaches within a few minutes drive. Some beaches are private and for a small fee you have the use of loungers, parasols, showers, changing rooms and toilet facilities.
Golf
The championship golf course is a 15 minute drive away.
Special interest holidays
There are plenty of sandy beaches to explore offering water sports, restaurants, loungers and parasols. The nearest beach is a few minutes drive away. Alagadi Beach (Turtle beach) famous for its turtle breeding is a must when breeding season is upon us. You can observe the expedition of a nest and watch the turtles take their first journey to the sea.
Travel
The nearest airport is Ercan this is a 20 minute drive from the villa. Larnaca airport is approx 70 minutes from the villa. A taxi can be arranged for pickup from Larnaca. Car essential.
Distances
Ozankroy is perfect for giving you the advantage of a village yet within 5 minutes you can be in the centre of the town, it is a small village, it has local restaurants and small local shops. These are a few minutes drive away. Supermarkets are plentiful, the nearest one being two minutes drive away. They are all well stocked with fresh food cooked daily.
Kyrenia town is a five minute drive away. Bellapais Abbey is also five minutes away. Golf club 15 minutes drive.
Further details
The restaurants in this area are superb you will be spoilt for choice, catering for all tastes. All are family friendly. Several restaurants will taxi you from our villa to their restaurant.
Booking notes

A deposit of £100 per week is required on confirmation of the booking and the balance paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Deposits are non-refundable. A £100 returnable breakages and damage deposit, refunded 1 week after departure is also required at the time of the booking.
