The village is set 400 feet up above the sea offering fine views from the first floor flat, 20 yards from two large swimming pools with cascade and one small toddlers pool. Set in a 20 house village central to amenities, tennis, golf, square and spa. Free chauffeur service to and from Paphos. Two double bedrooms with twin beds each with en-suite bathrooms with large lounge and kitchen, 3 balconies and sun veranda to the south. Quiet, sunlit position.

| Living Rooms: | Large lounge with three double windows leading out to ample breakfast balcony. Dining table and six chairs large sofa, TV and occasional tables. |

British manager cleans before and after your stay and every week for longer stays. Towels and linen included. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment overlooks the pools and is close to the toddlers pool. In high summer the apartment is cooler than most as it faces north. The rear veranda provides secluded sun bathing to the south.

An easy stone staircase leads up to the apartment.
Outside
The communal swimming pools are 20 yards from the apartment. There is a pool measuring about 20 yards by 50 divided by a cascade and small toddlers pool. The restaurants in the square are within easy walking distance and the 5 star hotel is also nearby. The golf and tennis are adjacent.
Coast/Beach
The resort is 400 feet above a beach which is a fifteen minute walk. The private beach club at Evidmou offers a good family bucket and spade beach resort. Pissouri village has restaurants and sea sports about 15 minutes drive. Paphos provides more sophisticated sports such as para gliding etc.
Golf
The apartment village is situated 400 feet up in the top rank Aphrodite Hills golf course with fantastic views of the sea. There is also Secret Valley golf course in the next valley viewed from the balcony. Excellent and good value coaching is available on the golf range adjacent to the apartment along with a 3 hole academy course which you can use for about £10 a day.
Skiing
Skiing is very good fun from mid January to late March about two hours drive away. The ski club and 500 foot lifts operate on the 6000 foot Troodos Mountain. I have skied there extensively myself. It is possible to water ski and snow ski on the same day!
Special interest holidays
Paphos provides excellent shopping and antiquaries. Horse riding stables are close by and excellent beach facilities exist at the resorts own club at Evidimou and the beach resort of Pissouri is 25 minutes by car. The beach below the resort at Aphrodite's Rock is also popular.
Travel
Paphos airport 20 minutes. Larnaca airport 90 minutes. Car hire is recommended and very cheap, from our manager.

Paphos 30 kilometers. Limassol 30 kilometers.
