The location is ideal as it is only one mile from the main town of Kyrenia where you can find all the facilities you require, supermarkets, petrol stations. Bank, shops and restaurants and nightlife visit the old harbour area where you can sit with a cool drink and watch time go by. This is the ideal location for a relaxed holiday, with a short drive to the beaches, the 18 hole golf course and all other amenities with out being in the location of them all.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. All bedrooms have air conditioning (which has heating and cooling).
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower and wc.
Main bathroom with bath with over head shower, wc, sink.
Kitchen: Modern fully fitted with 4 gas ring hob, electric oven, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, washing machine, drinking water dispenser, microwave, iron, ironing board, toaster, kettle, pots, dishes, glasses and utensils. Hair dryer also provided.
Living Rooms: Spacious open-plan lounge with dining area, with comfortable sofas, coffee table, satellite TV (in English), CD player, DVD player, air conditioning with heating and cooling, room fan, patio doors onto terrace, shutters and fly screens through out.
Other: Outside stairs to large sun roof terrace. Also terrace area from lounge and master bedroom and use of covered lounge area and BBQ area.

Notes on accommodation
All windows are double glazed with fly screens. Air conditioning (heating and cooling) to all bedrooms and lounge. Airport transfer and car hire can be arranged if required. Internet access available but you will have to bring your own laptop.

Outside
There is a large covered BBQ and bar area with soft lounge furnishings, and dining table and chairs, and a free 7 x 4 pool table, kidney shaped overflow swimming pool 12m x 6m
with built in steps into shallow end for better access, the deep end is over 6ft - note, no diving allowed due to local authorities regulations, outside shower, sunbathing terrace around pool, including sun loungers and parasols.
In the garden there are many types of shrubs in the planted areas and a large grassed area, these are only shared by main house and yourself only no others. Internet access is available, you will have to bring your own laptop, the owner will not be responsible if the system is down at any time.

Coast/Beach
There are many beaches along the coast which start from a 10 min drive away. Most hotels have private beaches which allow you to use which will charge a fee, some beaches have water sports in high season. The popular beach is in Bafra near Bogaz a one hours drive but well worth it when you see the long sandy beach there. There are others nearer, Turle beach, Escape beach, to name a few.

Golf
The Korineum Golf and country Club, 18 hole golf course in Esentepe which is only a 20 min drive East of the property, designed for golfers of all standards and ages. The playing surface is maintained throughout the year and has strategically placed bunkers and water hazards for players to have a challenge. Other facilities available at the driving range, club house. Please check for dress code. Pro shop where you can buy or hire equipment, restaurant, bar coffee lounge, sun terraces, fitness center, spa with massage parlour.

Travel
The Local airport Ercan (North) is only 20 mins drive away. Larnaca airport (South) is 1 hour 15 min drive. Paphos airport is 2 hours 30 mins drive away. We can arrange your airport transfers to and from accommodation. we can also arrange car hire.

Distances
Kyrenia is less than a 10 mins drive or about a 30 min walk, where the old harbour and castle can be found. Bellapais Monastery Abbey is a 5 min drive. Nicosia is a 20 mins drive and Famagusta is 1 hours drive.

Further details
The currency in North Cyprus is TL (Turkish Lira). UK pounds are excepted in many places in Kyrenia town, there are many banks. ATM machines and exchange shops. Travelers cheques and UK cheques are NOT excepted here in North Cyprus, and you may find not all places except credit cards. Please note at Larnaca airport (south) you may wish to spend some money there in the duty free or cafe,the currency is Euro's there.

Once a booking has been made 25% non-refundable payment is requested, on receipt of this money confirmation of booking will then be given. The remaining balance will be due 8 weeks before holiday date. Cancellation notice. If notice is given 5 weeks or more before booking date, then balance will be returned in full. If less than 5 weeks notice is given no refund

Thanks again for the wonderful welcome you gave us while we stayed at your Bungalow villa. We had a wonderful 4 weeks and have come back with happy memories of our time in Cyprus. The bungalow was very well equipped and maintained to a high standard with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The welcome pack was extremely useful as we arrived very early in the morning and the information pack was very thorough and helpful (emergency contact numbers, places to eat, places to visit). Car hire and transfer from the airport to the villa was arranged by the owners. The pool was a godsend as the weather was so hot, the girls loved it and spent most of their time in there. We become good friends with Reni and Bob (the owners) and my daughters (10 and 2) become very good friends with the dogs Sunny and Stitch. About the owner
My husband and my self came on holiday many times in the past with our daughter to this area, we just fell in love with the place and the people, it was like coming home every time we arrived back here, then about ten years ago we bought some lovely land and had our dream home built which my husband designed, since then we have lived here and have made it our permanent home, now our daughter is grown up with a child of her own often comes to visit and enjoy their holiday here also, we have never looked back since, yes we miss our family but nowadays there is very good communication systems for keeping in touch and with it only being a few hours flight away and now they have a chance of free holidays in the sun any time so I think they are happy also, and many family and friends come over.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
we feel our property location is ideal as it is only 1 miles drive into the main town of Girne/Kyrenia But at the same time being far enough away from town for a peaceful time at the property which is like being in the middle of the country side. in the area of the property there are no large housing estates,or blocks of flats, many of the nearby neighbours are all professional people, there are no main roads that pass the property,we have a tarmac road which has not long been finished all the way to our property from the main road. The views of the mountains and sea from our garden are just spectacular, You have to be here to appreciate it all.

Unique benefits of the property
The entrance gates to the property are remote control, there is stone wall around the boundary. We have installed a satellite system for holiday makers to watch their UK soaps or favorite programs while away from home. We have also set up wireless broadband if guests wish to bring their own lap top they are able to use this system to email home. We have a pool table in the BBQ area free of charge to use. There is a very large covered Sun lounge area with soft sofa and chairs, we have put in a fridge to keep your drinks cool while your in having a swim, ideal area for having your evening meal's from the BBQ or just sitting around in having a relaxing drink or two. The grounds are large with a lovely maintained garden it has a large grassed area with pond and a waterfall feature.
