Villa Mosaica is a large luxury villa situated in a quiet area west of Limassol and very close to the beautiful Kourion Beach. The villa is located within its own large mature garden. The villa has 9 large bedrooms split over two floors and can comfortably sleeps up to 18 – 19 guests. The villa is fully air-conditioned and is centrally heated throughout. Seven of the bedrooms are with en-suite. There are two local supermarkets at a walking distance as well as restaurants, take-aways, Pizzeria, confectionery, bakeries, local tavern at about 1km from the Villa. The beautiful Kourion Beach on the Mediterranean, the villages of Ipsonas, Erimi and Episkopi are all within 4 – 5km radius. Limassol city centre itself is about 9 minutes away by car.

Changeover day
Check-in is on Saturday, between 5.00 pm to 10.00 pm.

Accessibility
At Villa Mosaica, disabled & wheelchair access is available on the ground floor, a bedroom with en-suite is available for guests with mobility restrictions & wheelchair travellers.
Also, all the external areas at the Villa, around all the garden & swimming pool are wheelchair accessible via specially constructed ramps.
Outside
The Villa is situated within a large mature garden of about 2000 square meters. The large exclusive swimming pool is located within the garden.
At one end of the garden a large BBQ is set within its own area. Suitable for group and weddings get-together. A chef to prepare a BBQ for a large group (such as for a wedding reception) can be arranged to attend to the BBQ and the meal.
Coast/Beach
7 minutes drive to the beautiful Kourion Beach on the Mediterranean. Three restaurants are available on this beach.
Golf
The Aphrodite Hills Golf Course, an 18 hole golf course of world class standards, is located just 15 minutes drive from Villa Mosaica. The golf course plays to par 71 and measures 6.665m.
Equally close by, near “Petra Tou Romiou” at 20 minutes drive from the Villa, is the Secret Valley Golf Club, also an 18-hole course and one of the best golf courses in the Mediterranean region.
Skiing
The Troodos Mountains, at about 40 minutes drive from the Villa, provide excellent skiing facilities during the winter months.

Travel
The Villa is 35 minutes by car from Paphos International Airport. Larnaca International Airport is at one hour drive.
Car is recommended.
Further details
There are two local supermarkets at a walking distance, about 500 meters, from the Villa. There are then restaurants, take-aways, Pizzeria, confectionery, bakeries, local tavern at about 1 Km. Further at about 2 & 3 Km are more restaurants, supermarkets etc. The two largest Hyper markets in the Limassol area are about 7 & 9 minutes away by car. Limassol city centre itself is about 9 minutes away by car. The beautiful Kourion Beach on the Mediterranean, as well as the villages of Ipsonas, Erimi and Episkopi are all within 4 – 5 Km radius. Local taxis which are reasonably priced, are available on 24 hours, 7 days a week basis and can easily be called by telephone for a pick-up from/to the Villa at any time.
A wide selection of Limassol restaurants & taverns will deliver ready meals to the Villa based on a telephone order.

The minimum rental period is a week. 25% of the rental is required as a booking confirmation deposit. The 75% balance rental is payable at 8 weeks before arrival at the Villa. Credit cards & PayPal payments are accepted.
Guest comments
Villa Mosaica has been a perfect location for our family holiday. The villa, garden and pool almost prevented us from seeing the beach at Kourion and Limassol.
