Situated in a quiet location only 20-30 mins walk to beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. This 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with a pool that is surrounded by a large patio. The apartment is fully furnished and tastefully decorated throughout, with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and is suitable for families. 20 mins drive from Paphos Airport, centre of Paphos is 20 mins walk and Paphos harbour is 20 mins walk. Close to the Tombs of the Kings. World Class Golf Courses also Aquapark nearby. Terrace with own barbecue, and chairs, sun umbrella, own parking lot. Month rate will be 550 GBP per month. For last minute bookings, we can give discount according to availability, up to 20%!

The Paphos region: There are a variety of churches in and around Paphos, including Catholic and Anglican. The local people speak English and are very friendly, and everyone drives on the left. There is a very reliable bus service to the above places if you do not want to drive. Paphos enjoys 340 days of sunshine a year. During the 6 months of summer, the sun shines for over 11.5 hours of the day. Average temperature in January/February does not drop below 16C. Paphos is known as the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Greek Goddess of Love. The entire district is scattered with countless places of historical and legendary interest (as mentioned above). The island history dates back to the Neolithic age.

This is my wife and child, when we are in Paphos.

About the owner
We owners, are a small family living in Sweden. Me, Aki Nicolaides, has Cypriot origin and knows the island very good. We love our apartment and also Cyprus. We usually visit our apartment twice per year. The other time it is empty or rented out for holiday guests. Since we have 2 children we have our strong belief that other families also will love our apartment.

Year purchased: 2007

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We wanted to have a holiday apartment in a very good area and not in the middle of the centre. We liked it because it is a small and cosy complex and because it has a lovely garden area and veranda. Also a very nice pool.

Easy access, ground floor with nice garden and veranda. Own parking space next to the apartment entrance. Own barbecue area.
