Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Final cleaning and change of sheets, is not included and costs 50 GBP and is added to the rental rate. You decide how many times you wish to have this service, but minimum is one time (after you have left). Long term rentals: Discounts for long winter lets for the period of October - March. Month rate will be 550 GBP per month. For last minute bookings, we can give discount according to availability, up to 20%!

Arrival and departure days is flexible and able to do every day.

Special interest holidays
The Paphos region: There are a variety of churches in and around Paphos, including Catholic and Anglican. The local people speak English and are very friendly, and everyone drives on the left. There is a very reliable bus service to the above places if you do not want to drive. Paphos enjoys 340 days of sunshine a year. During the 6 months of summer, the sun shines for over 11.5 hours of the day. Average temperature in January/February does not drop below 16C. Paphos is known as the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Greek Goddess of Love. The entire district is scattered with countless places of historical and legendary interest (as mentioned above). The island history dates back to the Neolithic age.

About the owner
We owners, are a small family living in Sweden. Me, Aki Nicolaides, has Cypriot origin and knows the island very good. We love our apartment and also Cyprus. We usually visit our apartment twice per year. The other time it is empty or rented out for holiday guests. Since we have 2 children we have our strong belief that other families also will love our apartment.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We wanted to have a holiday apartment in a very good area and not in the middle of the centre. We liked it because it is a small and cosy complex and because it has a lovely garden area and veranda. Also a very nice pool.
