15-20 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Coral Bay is the most famous beach in this area and it is 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by local bus.

Special interest holidays
The Paphos region: There are a variety of churches in and around Paphos, including Catholic and Anglican. The local people speak English and are very friendly, and everyone drives on the left. There is a very reliable bus service to the above places if you do not want to drive. Paphos enjoys 340 days of sunshine a year. During the 6 months of summer, the sun shines for over 11.5 hours of the day. Average temperature in January/February does not drop below 16C. Paphos is known as the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Greek Goddess of Love. The entire district is scattered with countless places of historical and legendary interest (as mentioned above). The island history dates back to the Neolithic age.

About the owner
We owners, are a small family living in Sweden. Me, Aki Nicolaides, has cypriote origin and knows the island very good. We love our apartment and also Cyprus. We usually visit our apartment twice per year. The other time it is empty or rented out for holiday guests.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We wanted to have a holiday apartment in a very good area and not in the middle of the centre. We liked it because it is a small and cosy complex and because it has a lovely garden area and veranda. Also a very nice pool.
