Satellite TV in 3 rooms, television and DVD players in all rooms. There is somthing for everyone from seniors to toddlers.

| Kitchen: | All top of the range kitchen equipment is included, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave. blender, washing machine, toaster, kettle etc. Our kitchen also leads onto a cosy dining area for 6 people. |
| Utility Room: | We have a separate utility room outdoors if required. |
| Living Rooms: | The extremely large living room has satellite plasma TV and DVD including a selection of DVDs to watch. HiFi system. 2 sofa suites seating 12 people comfortably and a dining table. |

The house is fully furnished. It is our main home so you will find more than basic equipment. Linen, towels etc...are all included. |

The villa can accommodate people using wheelchairs as we can puts beds in the office downstairs if necessary.

Coast/Beach
15 mins drive to a wide choice of beautiful sandy beaches.
Golf
The new Luxurious golf course in Esentepe is a 20 mins drive from our house.
Special interest holidays
Many people come to Cyprus for Golf, the historical buildings and castles, as well as the beaches/water sports and unspoilt natural beauty.
Travel
Nearest airports are Larnaca or Ercan both approx 40 mins in the car or taxi.
Distances
The famous old harbour is a 15 mins walk from our house. If you enjoy nightlife there are a variety of casinos, bars and night clubs to choose from 5-20 mins drive away. Famagusta is a 30 mins drive and Karpas approx 1.5 hours away.
Further details
There are a variety of restaurants to choose from (from indian/chinese to a take away kebab) which are all very close to our house. The local shops and supermarket are just 5 mins away.
