This large, brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a balcony measuring 30ft in length is situated only 300m from Peyia Village. Perfectly located in an exclusive residential area of Peyia, famous for its fountain, popular coffee shops, quaint tavernas and traditional Cypriot lifestyle. The village is a 5 minute stroll away from the apartment where you will find an excellent bakery selling fantastic breads and cakes, several local restaurants, bars, banks and two local supermarkets. Bakeries in Peyia open most of the day, so you can literally have your cake and eat it! An excellent base to tour all the surrounding areas, with Coral Bay just a 5 minute drive away, whilst Paphos with its famous harbour, town and castle, is a further 15 minutes away. For the real hardcore party people, Bar Street in Paphos Town (an up-market version of Aiya Napa) is a further 2 minutes drive away with its vibrant nightlife. Other places: village of Polis, Akamas peninsular & Lara Beach (Turtle Bay)

Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower, hand basin, toilet, large vanity unit and mirror.
Main bathroom spacious with bath/shower, toilet, hand basin with mirror and large vanity unit.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, undercounter fridge, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, dining table with 4 chairs and double patio doors leading to extra seating area on balcony.
Living Rooms: The large living area has Sky TV with UK channels, DVD/CD player, 32 inch LCD TV, double sofabed, three-seater sofa and patio doors leading on to balcony.
Other: A small garden/terrace area is access through double patio doors leading from master bedroom.

Towels and bed linen supplied. Cleaning is carried out before and after each stay. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request at a supplement. When leaving the apartment we ask people to leave the property in a good condition please.

Notes on accommodation
Welcome and Honeymoon with champagne Packs can be arrange on your arrival. There are plenty of brochures and maps to help orientate yourselves. No pets are allowed and a no smoking policy applies. Thank you!
The apartment has air-conditioning and heating throughout and is a perfect location for family holidays, honeymooners, nature lovers or couples.
Cots and highchairs can be arranged for your convenience at an additional supplement.

Accessibility
Access to the apartment, although on the ground floor, has to be accessed via a small flight of stairs.

Outside
You can relax in the garden area or sit on the balcony and watch the amazing sunset while enjoying your favourite drink or meal. The master bedroom has its own patio area with garden furniture. The apartment has its own allocated car parking space and large communal garden area. The small garden leading off the master bedroom has 2 sun chairs and a table whilst the large balcony leading from the lounge has a wicker-style table with armchairs and sun loungers. The overall development is well landscaped with a beautiful shared pool. The pool area has separate male and female changing rooms with showers, a seating area with tables and benches.

Coast/Beach
Coral Bay beach, (a safe blue flag beach) is a 5 mins drive away and Lara Beach (Turtle Bay) is about 10 mins drive away where, if you are lucky, you can watch the turtles lay their eggs.

Golf
There are three good golf courses within easy reach from the apartment. The excellent Tsada Golf course is a 25 min drive, Secret Valley (18 holes) golf course and spa is 35 mins and the exclusive Aphrodite Hills golf course is just a further 5 mins by car.

Skiing
The famous Troodos Mountains is a 1 - 1½ hour drive away.

Special interest holidays
Hire a 4x4 and go off roading to the furthest parts of this huge undeveloped peninsula to deserted beaches and views that will take your breath away.
The Akamas peninsula is paradise for walking and mountain biking, especially in the Spring. There are also several karting places and Paphos has its own water park.

Travel
Paphos airport is 30km or 35 mins drive. Car hire is recommended to get the best from the island but taxis are readily available outside the airport.

Further details
Peyia village with its spectacular views, offers everything visitors need. It has quaint tavernas, take-aways, supermarkets, banks, a large church, pharmacy and doctor’s surgery.

Just a short drive away is the wonderfully unspoilt Akamas National Park where you will find miles of lovely countryside and Lara Beach.

Booking notes
Provisional bookings are accepted in writing by email or fax and will be held for 3 days pending receipt of deposit. To confirm the booking a £150 deposit is required. You will be sent a secure link to make this payment and the balance or you can make the payment using telephone banking. The balance and £150 refundable security deposit is payable 8 weeks before you travel. Any additional needs, extra cleaning or welcome packs can be paid for separately on request.

Thank you for access to your new apartment & being 1st people to stay. Apartment is very nicely furnished with all appliances we required & situated in a perfect location. Complex was close to the village, but far enough to be really peaceful. View from very large balcony was great looking out to sea, spent every night there. Village was a 5 mins leisurely walk & we were pushing the pram. Best sandy beach: Coral Bay near Coral Beach Hotel & we recommend Mill & Savva's- Pegeia & Blue Coral fish-Coral Bay restaurants.

About the owner
We are two cousins who live in England and with our husbands and children. We are hard working individuals and wanted a place where we could relax with our families and enjoy guaranteed sunshine most of the year round. We decided to purchase a place in Cyprus, a country we have been visiting over the past 10 years.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
After a holiday in Cyprus in the late 1980s, it became an Island that was visited many times over. We decided to purchase this wonderful apartment in Peyia, Paphos to enjoy this beautiful historic country and layback lifestyle. We both love travelling and know only too well how important a well-earned holiday break is, which is why we have paid attention to detail and feel our apartment is very special. With a drink in one hand and the body in total relaxation mode, you couldn’t ask for a better place to spend your time. Peyia is truly a wonderful Cypriot Village, with a charm and friendliness that is second to none.

It has breathtaking sea & mountain views & a huge 30ft balcony to soak up the sunshine in a stunning location & only a 5 minute walk from the quaint Village of Peyia, where you will find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, internet cafe & amenities. The layout of the property is unique in itself, as the lounge, kitchen & second bedroom lead straight on to the beautifully furnished balcony, giving the feeling of space & allowing an abundance of light to shine throughout. With two beautiful bathrooms & two double bedrooms, guests are made to feel extremely comfortable & relaxed. Our shared pool is set against a perfect backdrop to encompass peace & tranquillity. The time & effort we have taken in making the apartment special, has made us proud to be the owners of this wonderful property.
