The apartments are well furnished and equipped to a high standard. Each apartment has balcony with table chairs. Air conditioning units and ceiling fans and heaters are fitted in each apartment. The communal pool with changing facilities and shower/toilet is at the back of the property. The beach, restaurants, supermarket, banks etc are only 5 minutes walk from the apartment and Pissouri village is approximately 6 minutes drive. In Pissouri village there are several local taverns with traditional Greek-Cypriot cuisine, local dancing and bars. The renowned golf courses at Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills are 10 minutes drive away.

One bedroom apartments have either double or twin beds, spacious fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning and ceiling fans. |

Bathroom has a bath with hand shower over, wash basin and WC. |

Kitchen area there are wall cupboards, floor units with work surfaces over, gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, iron and board. |
| Living Rooms: |
The spacious lounge have ceiling fans and an open-plan kitchen and sitting/dining area with sliding glass doors that lead out onto a balcony. A cottage-style sofa (beds) and chairs, coffee tables, lamps, radio, DVD player and TV are positioned at one end. |

Towels and bed linen are provided and will be changed weekly. Extra bed linen and cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge. |

Outside
Apartments have a garden table, chairs and sun umbrella on the balcony and, if requested, a BBQ can be provided. Water is heated by solar panels and there is an immersion heater for the occasional dull day.
A communal pool 13x6m is at the back of the property and there are changing/shower facilities in the pool area.
Golf
The renowned golf courses at Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills are 10 mintues drive away. Tsada golf course is 40 minutes away.
Skiing
During the winter months skiing is possible in the Troodos Mountains which is about 60km away.
Travel
Paphos airport is the nearest airport and is 20km away. Pissouri can also be reached from Larnaca airport which is approxi 1½ hour’s drive away. Limassol port is 36km. Car hire is recommended and can be arranged upon request.
Distances
Pissouri village is 6 minutes drive and Pissouri beach is 12 minutes walk (less 1 minute drive).
Further details
There are three banks, supermarkets, shops, bars and many restaurants in Pissouri village. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants and a 5 star hotel and resort at Pissouri Bay. Local leisure activities include jet skis, windsurfing, sailing, surfboards, paragliding, scuba diving, cycling. walking and turtle watching. Cyprus nights with traditional Cypriot music and dancing comes alive and is enjoyed by all - we recommend booking a table early on arrival!
The countryside around Pissouri ranges from majestic cliffs overlooking the Mediterranean to the beautiful slopes of the Troodos Mountains. To the west is the much loved port of Paphos. The harbour area is to be improved to a world class standard and plans are afoot to upgrade and extend the airport to embrace a lot more flights and competition thereon. The ‘Mosaics’ of Paphos are famous and depict scenes from greek mythology. In the adjacent area is ‘The Tombs Of The Kings’. These tombs date back to 4th century BC and are of great interest. ‘Petra Tou Romious’ is the birthplace of Aphrodite the legend of whom is that she being the goddess of love and beauty rose from the waves in these baths.
Further to the west is the stunning Akamas Nature Reserve which is just beyond the fishing villages and holiday beaches of Latsi and Polis. This area also appeals to hikers (organised walks), cyclists (mountain bike tracks), and scuba divers encounter perfect water conditions so all standards of divers can participate. There are many vineyards to visit but a car is necessary or perhaps take in an all day coaching trip. The region is also popular for sports such as kite surfing. Close to
Pissouri is the ancient Greek ‘Kurium’ which you can visit the archaeological theatre and museum.

A deposit of 25% will be required at the time of booking plus a refundable £50 damage / breakable deposit which will be returned promptly after your visit if no damages / breakages have occurred. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. A welcome pack is included in the rental.
