Accessibility
The apartment is located on the third floor with lifts access as well as stairs. (Lifts and stairs access to all floors from undercover car park).
Outside
Large private residents swimming pool (27 metre) surrounded by a large paved area with sun loungers and parasols for the use of residents and guests. The area is bordered by attractive landscaped gardens with palm trees and numerous shrubs. Allocated undercover parking space.
Coast/Beach
The local beach is Geroskipou Beach, 5 minutes by car, or 20 minutes walk along country lanes. Car parking is free. Sunbeds and parasols are available for hire at a small daily charge. This beach never get overcrowded.
Golf
3 Golf courses. From the apartment about 15 minutes drive.
Tsada, Secret Valley, Aphrodite Hills.
Skiing
From early January to late March, skiing is available in the Troodos Mountain. Ski in the morning. Sunbathe in the afternoon.
Travel
Paphos Airport is 10-12 minutes by car, taxi to the apartment.
There is no aircraft noise.
Local taxi driver available to meet and pick up guests from Paphos Airport to the apartment.
Distances
The village of Geroskipou is 5 minutes walk away. In this traditional village square you will find Byzantine church. It is the only church in Cyprus with 6 Domes. You will also find Small shops and cafes, also the only village where Cypriot delights are made and sold.
The main Tourist area is Paphos town centre and harbour for shops and restaurants, only 10 minutes by car.
