Our villa is located near Konnos Bay and the Grecian Park Hotel, ideal for wedding parties. Sleeping 6 people in 3 bedrooms (we will provide cots etc free of charge). Families and friends alike will enjoy the private pool or relaxing with a cold drink on a sun lounger in the large secluded sun terrace during the day with music from your satellite TV to set the mood. If you are feeling energetic or just fancy the beach Konnos Bay is about a 10 minute walk away and has some of the best water sports available for you. In the evenings you can head into the centre of Protaras (5 min taxi) or take a short taxi ride in Aiya Napa (8km) or just walk up to the Grecian Park and enjoy the sunset and a cocktail in the cliff top bar! The only thing that will not change is that you will be in a luxury villa for your entire stay. From a huge L-shaped sofa for watching your favourite films on to a beautiful outside dining table to enjoy your BBQ and glass of wine with your family.

Outside
There is a large pool area with a gas BBQ, luxury patio dining table with parasol, chairs and sun loungers (for 6 people). The pool is 7x3m with built-in steps for easy access. The pool and surrounding patio area have their own lighting. An outside shower is also provided. The pool is cleaned and checked twice a week.
Coast/Beach
Konnos Bay is just a 10 minute walk from the villa and has one of the most popular beaches on the east coast. It offers a great choice of water sports and a lovely clean beach with the sea gently sloping away. The walk itself around the coast to the beach is breathtaking especially at sunset! Just a little further past this bay you have the stunning area of Cape Greco, an area of outstanding beauty with its National Park area and sandy beaches.
Travel
The villa is 40 mins away from Larnaca airport. Car hire is not essential but would be recommended. The roads are quiet and well sign posted and in Cyprus you drive on the left as in the UK.
Distances
The local supermarket is a 1 minute walk from the pool (great for ice cream when it gets very hot). Local taverna and restaurants are 3 mins walk away. The tranquil calm of the Cape Greco National Park is a 5 minute drive away where there is world class snorkelling. Protaras is 2km away where there are great restaurants, bars and nightlife. Agia Napa is a 10 min drive away.
Further details
Protaras is the most popular resort in southern Cyprus. It is a very lively family resort which offers something for everyone. Its wide variety of bars and restaurants cater for all tastes and budgets. A 5 minute taxi/bus ride east from Xenia Villa will take you to join the lively night life and bustling holiday resort atmosphere on the main Protaras strip.
In the other direction you will find the world famous Aiga Napa which is about 8km away. Aiga Napa has something for everyone, with the fabulous water park, golden beaches (Nissi Beach in particular) and very picturesque harbour area plus the stunning architecture of the local churches. Not forgetting the wonderful nightlife.
The Grecian Park hotel stands on top of the hill 5 mins walk from the villa and you can go there to enjoy the stunning cliff top bar and cocktails at sunset or eat in the many restaurants in the hotel. For a special treat the Japanese restaurant on the 4th floor looking out over Cape Greco at sunset is a must.
