The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with sofabed, dining area and a large balcony. It is on the top floor (third) of a detached block within a small, friendly complex which gives the added benefit of a sea view. The apartment is also fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans in all rooms. It benefits from a pressurised water system for a luxurious shower at the end of a hot day! There are 2 large patio doors which lead onto a spacious balcony with table, chairs and parasol. The balcony has a pergola which is partly covered with canvas drapes giving you the choice of sitting in the shade or sun. The balcony looks down onto a superb shaped pool with ornamental bridge over it. There is ample sunbathing room around the pool and the apartment has its own sun loungers for your own private use. The patio doors have fly screens which allows you to keep them open whilst keeping out the insects to add to your comfort.

Prices are for holiday rentals commencing in the months stated. Air conditioning is included except for June, July and August where a rate per day will be charged locally. Prices stated are per apartment per week in UK Pounds. Welcome packs can be included for £15.

Cleaning/towels/

Apartment is cleaned on turnaround of guests. All linen and towels are included. If staying for more than 1 week, extra towels will be left in the apartment. Maid service can be arranged at the end of the first week for an extra charge. |

Accessibility
The apartment is reached by stairs so is unsuitable for disabled people or those with limited mobility.
Outside
There is a shared swimming pool with large sun bathing area around. There are palm trees and shrubs for extra shade. There is ample parking in the car park at the front of the complex.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach 20 minute walk. There are a number of municipal beaches along the front promenade and some have watersports. Luna beach 5 minute drive. Coral Bay 15 minute drive which has watersports, toilet and cafe facilities.
Golf
There are three golf courses within 20 minutes drive of the complex including Tsada, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills.
Skiing
Skiing can be sought in the Troodos mountains in the winter months which is a 1.5 hour drive away.
Travel
Paphos Airport is 15 minutes away by car or taxi. A car is not essential but there is so much to discover it would be a shame not to hire a car. Driving is on the left hand side.
Distances
Troodos Mountains give a pleasant contrast and a place to escape from that really hot day being a 1.5 hour drive. The capital Nicosia with its historical interest of the North and South border is also a 1.5 hour drive away. The House of Dionysos with its amazing mosaics can be found at the harbour which is a 25 min walk or 5 min drive. The amphitheatre at Kourion is well worth a visit and is a 45 min drive. These are only a few things to see as there is so much to discover.
Further details
Nearest supermarket and restaurant 300 yards from the apartment. Banks can be found in the tourist area of the harbour. Paphos waterpark, crazy golf, and go-karting are a 5 mins drive. The waterpark is open from May to October (approx.). There is also an animal park a 25 minute drive away.
Booking notes
A non-returnable 20% deposit is required when booking, the balance due 8 weeks before. If booking is less than 8 weeks prior to your departure the full balance will be due at the time of booking. A booking form will be sent to you with terms and conditions.
