This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment is set in a prime location just off the The Tombs of the Kings Road. It also has a restaurant on site where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. It has a lounge, which leads onto a private patio with our own sun lounges. It also has a large shared swimming pool which is for the exclusive use of the owners and holidaymakers. It also has a fully equipped kitchen. It is located only 15 minutes from the Paphos town where you can enjoy the shops, market and an aray of restaurants, also the beautiful harbour is only a shortwalk away. There you can book boat trips, fishing trips or for the more adventurous you can go paragliding. Coral Bay is only 20 minutes drive away where you will find a lovely beach to relax on. You can also go jet skiing there if that's your thing.

Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds with a dressing table. Wardrobe is in the hallway for this room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, all cutlery and crockery. |

The lounge is a sitting room-cum-dining room and has one 3 seat sofa and 2 chairs, and also a dining table and chairs. There is also a TV, DVD player. The apartment also has an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included all you would need to bring is a beach towel. The apartment is cleaned before you arrive and if on a 2 week stay it can be cleaned after the first week if you wish. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is looked after by my parents so if you encounter any problems during your stay they are free to call on anytime. They only live 20 minutes away in a village called Tala. Tala village is worth a visit as it has some lovely little tavernas.
Included in the price is a welcome pack which comprises of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread and the all important bottle of wine. If you prefer not to have wine just let us know what you would prefer.
There are also leaflets and details of places of interest in the apartment.

Outside
The apartment is surrounded by a lovely garden which leads to the shared pool and restaurant. The swimming pool has sun loungers but we also have our own on the patio.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is located about 10 minutes walk from the beach or you can drive to Coral Bay beach which is about 20 minutes away.
Golf
There are a number of golf courses in Paphos and details of all of them can be found in the apartment.
Travel
The nearest airport to the apartment is Paphos International, which is 25 minutes drive. Larnaca airport is about 1 1/2 hours drive. There are plenty of taxis' available.
Distances
Tala is a lovely village to visit. It is a 20 minute drive away. There you will find some lovely little tavernas which serve Greek food.
The market is also worth a visit, where you can pick up your holiday souvenirs.
For the children Bird World and Animal Park is a great day out. They have all kinds of different birds to see and lots of different animals. They also have bird shows which the children always love.
