Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee percolator, microwave, picnic set, large collection of crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, wine glasses, tumblers and mugs.
Living Rooms: Open plan living/dining, opening on to balcony. Two comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD/CD player/radio, selection of CDs and DVDs, coffee table, dining table with chairs for 6.

Accessibility
This property is suitable for for the elderly provided they can manage stairs. Apartment is accessible from the back by stone steps. Not suitable for wheelchair users or infirm, as access would not be possible.

Outside
Large balcony with table and 6 chairs, 6 sun loungers and a barbeque. Swimming pool with showers and changing rooms, for exclusive use of apartments on the site. Plenty of car parking space behind apartment.

Coast/Beach
This property is very close to the sea and has fantastic sea views. Beach at St Raphael Hotel only 300m from apartment. Marina 5 mins walk, where most water sports are available. Governor's Beach is a 15 minute drive, where there is also a good restaurant and children's play equipment. Beach at Kurion, where there is also a Roman theatre, and archaeological site, is a 30 minute drive.

Travel
Larnaca and Paphos airports are both approximately 60km, journey of 40 minutes by car. Taxi transfer from Paphos €50-55, from Larnaca €45-50. Car is recommended but not essential. Car hire available on a daily basis within walking distance from apartment. Bus stop within short walking distance for bus into centre of Limassol.

Distances
Limassol Town and promenades, cosmopolitan shops and cafes approx 10kms. Golf: Vikla GC 20km. Driving Range 7km. Fassouri waterpark 17km. Curium Beach 20km. Troodos 30 mins. Nicosia and Paphos both within 1 hour's drive. An excellent location from which to explore all that Cyprus has to offer.

Further details
Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, serving both Cypriot and international food. St Raphael Hotel, just opposite the complex, has several restaurants which are open to non-residents. St Raphael will also change money, has fax and internet access, and also leisure club, which can be paid on a daily basis. Mini supermarket 2-3 minute walk, sells everything including stamps.

Booking notes
Deposit of 20% of rental rate is required at the time of booking. Balance due 8 weeks before visit. If booked within 8 weeks of visit, full payment due at time of booking. Fully refundable security bond of £200 or €250 required before start of visit which will be returned shortly after visit. Cancellation terms apply. Admin fee of £25 for bookings from outside UK.
