Villa Joanna is a perfect tranquil hideaway with large pool, overlooking the sea (500m) in 1 acre exotic orchard garden of delights for our guests to pick, including bananas, pomegranates, olives, lemons, apples, apricots, guava, plums, figs, avocados and a further vegetable garden. The villa is a mere 500 metres to the sea. 12km to the nearest golf course.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: 		All towels and linen are provided and changed weekly with the exception of beach/pool towels which you will need to bring. The pool is cleaned twice weekly. The garden is tended at the same time.

Air-conditioning is available in bedrooms and lounge at 6 euros per wall unit per day, payable there, in advance.

Seating areas and built-in brick BBQ area with a food preparation area for alfresco dining. There is a mature garden with a shaded area. Large terrace with seating, overlooking pool. 5 minute drive to the beach.

Tsada golf course: 12km. Aphrodite Hills golf course: 24km.

Travel
Paphos International Airport is only 30 minutes from the villa and car hire is readily available at the airport. Larnaca International Airport is an easy drive on the motorway in less than two hours. A car is much recommended in Cyprus as there is so much to see and experience.

Prices are in euros and are per week. Discounts are available for lets in excess of 2 weeks. Bookings made before November 2008. For summer 2009 will receive a 10% discount.

Booking notes
To make a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required, after which confirmation of the booking will be sent to you via e-mail. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
