The resort is located approximately 10 minutes from Paphos airport and is just off the motorway giving easy access to Paphos, Limassol, Troodos mountains and Larnaca. The villa is in a quiet position, with no passing traffic, overlooking the mountainside whereby you can sit and watch the moon rise in the evening whilst relaxing on the roof terrace, patio or by the pool. Having private parking and 8 x 4 private pool with pool lighting makes this villa an ideal base both in the day and the evening; whether you want the relaxing holiday, golfing holiday, sightseeing holiday or family holiday, I am sure you will enjoy your stay at our comfortable home away from home villa.

Outside
The villa is accessed down steps from the private driveway which lead to the path to the front double doors with outside light. Outside lighting is also on the back main patio, around the pool and on the patio outside bedroom 2. The 8m x 4m swimming pool is very private and there are 6 sunbeds for you to relax in the warm rays of the sun. The main patio area is covered by a wooden pergola and there is a 6 seater dining table and chairs to enable you to have your meals in the open air or if you fancy some relaxation away from the lower outside area there is an outside staircase which leads to the roof terrace where you can relax with a glass of wine and watch the moon rise over the mountains. If you choose bedroom 2 you also have access to a patio area with a round table and 4 chairs which is accessed via the patio door.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach around 1.5km by car at Petra Tou Romiou the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite and where you will find Aphrodite's Rock. There are basic facilities with a small taverna adjacent the beach. Pissouri beach is approximately 10 minutes drive away where you will find water sports on offer including parascending and jet-skiing. Paphos area is served by numerous beaches which are approximately 15 minutes drive away.
Golf
Secret Valley Golf Club is an 18 hole championship golf course set in a spectacular setting of mature trees with beautiful sculpted rock formations all around. The clubhouse and course is approximately 2 minutes drive from the villa. Aphrodite Hills' Golf Course is across the valley and is an 18-hole standard championship golf course which follows the scenic contours of the two plateaux that are divided by a central ravine. The clubhouse offers delectable specialties and a breathtaking view to the golf course. Tsada Golf Course was founded in 1994 on the hills of Tsada, set on the grounds of 12th century monastery, in a verdant valley. The course plays to a par 71 and measures 5828 meters. Situated on the outskirts of Pafos, the altitude of 550 meters above sea level ensures cool breezes during the summer months; Tsada Golf Course is approximately 20 minutes from the villa; therefore allowing you access to 3 superb golf courses within a 20 minute drive.
Travel
Car hire is recommended and Paphos airport is approximately 12 minutes drive away from the resort. If you wish to fly into Larnaca airport the travel time from Larnaca is approximately 1.1/2 hours.
