Private garden to the front of the property and a parking space to the rear. A shared pool with a large terrace is located to the front.
Coast/Beach
The house is a short distance away from a very quiet almost untouched clean sea especially at early morning times it is a real pleasure. But if you seek action then only 1km away you can find an organised beach that belongs to Faros beach hotel with sunbeds, umbrellas, beach bars, watersports, swimming pools, snacks and buffets.
Skiing
Skiing in the winter is likely and it is only one and a half hour away from the house. Upon request more information can be given on that.
Travel
The house is only 20 min drive from Larnaca airport and one and a half hour drive from Paphos airport. Taxi transfers from Larnaca airport to house at day time can be 20 euros.
Distances
The house is only a short drive away from the motorway that leads to all major towns. 30 min. from Nicosia (capital), 40-50 min. from Limassol and Ayia Napa - Protaras, 70-80 min. from Paphos and only 20 min. to Larnaca, where you can find all major entertainment including a big variety of all kind of restaurants, cafes, fast foods, clubs, pubs, big supermarkets, zoo and playing areas, bowling, cinemas, luna parks. We do recommend car hire.
