This luxury, modern and spacious villa is located in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac in the lower part of Chloraka with the beach close by where there are beautiful coves for swimming and snorkelling. It is air conditioned throughout with water heated by a solar system. The outside pool is lit inside for safe night swimming as is the surrounding area.

The prices for the villa are per week, in UK Pounds.
If a payment is made by Credit/Charge Card, you will incur an additional fee (up to 3%) to cover the cost of the transaction with the card provider. A security deposit of £100 sterling will be required in case of any damage and is refundable 14 days after departure (payable locally).

| Other: | The dining area between the lounge and the kitchen has a modern table with 6 chairs. Patio doors again lead to the garden and pool with a shaded patio. There is a cloakroom with a WC and W/H basin. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
During your stay in the villa there will be a mid stay clean with linen change and fresh towels. Beach towels are also provided. |
Notes on accommodation
On your arrival you will find a complimentary seasonal basket of fruit and a bottle of wine. Children are welcome and should you require highchairs then these are available for a small additional charge.

Accessibility
The villa is unsuitable for the elderly and infirm and wheelchair inaccessible.
Outside
The property enjoys a particularly large garden to the rear with SE facing aspect allowing plenty of sunshine hours for relaxing.
There is a private pool 8m x 4m and is lit inside at night as is the surrounding area.
Coast/Beach
The villa is only 3 minutes walk from the beach and has beautiful coves for swimming and snorkelling.
Coral Bay sandy beach is 10 minutes drive away and perfect for spending a day in the sun.
Travel
The nearest airport is Paphos.
Distances
The village of Chloraka is one of the biggest villages in the area. It is spread over a large area and 2 distinct sides. The upper part is where many traditional and modern shops, restaurants, bars and amenities are located, the lower part (where Villa Daria is located) is much more residential, peaceful and serene with the beach close by and many large luxurious properties scattered throughout. The local Hotel (Akti) provides some good amenities to the area with restaurant, mini-market and bar.
Further details
Above Chloraka itself, lies the road to Tala with its atmospheric Village Square which then leads on to Cedar Valley and the Troodos Mountains. The route is peppered with other small but charming villages along the way. There is an excellent highway which runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodite's Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.
In Kato Paphos, (in the archaeological park), you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods, plus the Harbour Castle. Close by, is the church of St Paul's Pillar, where the pillar St Paul was tied to can be found. Further down this road are the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombs.
The tourist areas of both Paphos and Coral Bay are about 10 minutes away by car in either direction, the latter having the beautiful Coral Bay Beach, a beach suitable for all the family as well as a diverse range of bars, restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes.
Going towards the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula, there is Lara Bay, (famous for turtles) and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters.
