Air condioning is available in all rooms, we have found it necessary to charge separate for these, in order to keep down the cost of renting the apartment, therefore giving guests the option of using them if required. The charge for this is 4 euros per unit per day payable locally on arrival. Guests can choose how many units they would like.
Children welcome, long term renters welcome, non smoking (smoking on roof terrace and balcony permitted). Cots and highchairs available on request.

This superb apartment is situated on a small secure complex, with communal swimming pool the size is approx 50m2 with separate children’s area 10m2. It is just 25m from the sea. The private large balcony and roof terrace as uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea It is equipped with sunbeds and outdoor table/chairs. You can relax and soak up the sun, then early evening you can see the magnificent sunsets, while enjoying a glass or 2 of one of the local Cyprus wines. The balcony overlooks the swimming pool. Showers/toilets are provided by the pool area. Whether you are looking for a family holiday or romantic break you are sure to enjoy this lovely apartment and location. This property is managed by an English couple who are on call 24/7 in order to make your holiday enjoyable and relaxing as possible.
Coast/Beach
Coast is just 25m away. You can enjoy a pleasant walk along the coastal path where there are several rocky beaches. Various sandy beaches are within a 10 min drive along the coast.
Golf
Three golf courses operate on the island: 1. Tsada golf club: The club is situated near Tsada village 20 minutes drive. It is 18 hole golf course. 2. Secret Valley golf club: It is located 18km east of Paphos. 3. Aphrodite Hills: A 18-hole international golf course located near the birthplace of Aphrodite. Also available is 3 hole course.
Skiing
Skiing is available in the Troodos Mountains (winter only).
Travel
Nearest airport is Paphos international it is only a 20 min drive. Larnaca airport is 1.5 hours drive mostly motorways. Car hire is recommended if you want to explore the island. Local buses run frequently throughout the day in the summer. The bus stop is just a 10 minute walk away.
Distances
Shops, restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, car hire are all within 5 min drive or a pleasant stroll along the coastal path.
Close by is the Tombs of the Kings famous historical site, and for the more adventurous hire a 4x4 and head up to the Troodos Mountains, and experience the breathtaking views and enjoy the hospitality of the local Cypriots, visiting various Monasteries and Winery's.

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required at time of reservation. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made within the 8 week period, the total amount is due when reservation is made. A refundable security deposit of £100.00 is required when paying final balance. Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
