Three golf courses within 15km of apartment and beaches and the new marina are within 5 minutes drive. Hundreds of restaurants to choose from catering for all tastes, many within a few minutes drive. Under cover parking, solar heating (with back-up water heaters for the occasional cloudy days) and a lift is available. Satellite TV, DVD & VCR players plus a hi -fi & CD player. Kitchen: Stainless steel oven, ceramic halogen hob, integrated microwave and extractor fan, kettle & toaster. Fridge/freezer, fire blanket. Granite worktop & breakfast bar. All utensils that you would expect to have in your own home!
Utility Room: Hotpoint washing machine located in hall cupboard where brooms/vacuum cleaner/mops and safe are also housed. Fire extinguisher on hall wall. Smoke alarm.

Other: Two full size 3ft mattresses are available with full bedding for 5th/6th persons. The lounge and both bedrooms have large air-conditioning/heating units. Baby equipment available for hire with prior notice.

Wall and pedestal lighting 4-seater square table and chairs and matching 2 seater bench with cushions. Gas barbecue. View of main infinity pool and gardens. Both pools have free sun loungers and umbrellas.

Coast/Beach
Paphos has several municipal beaches about 5-10 minutes drive away. Paphos Harbour is about 15-20 minutes walk. A new Marina beach area is due to be completed May 2008. Coral bay is approximately 15 mins drive. Water sports and boat hire are available.

Golf
Within 20km there are 3 championship Par 72 golf courses. All available for non-members to play. Bookings recommended.
Aphrodite Hills is a well planned, beautiful course with shops, restaurants and leisure facilities on the same complex.
Tsada golf course is set in the grounds of a 12th Century monastery.
Secret Valley golf course, east of Paphos and lies in a scenic valley surrounded by trees & rock formations.

Skiing
The Troodos Mountains are a short & scenic drive from the apartment and are beautiful any time of year. Skiing is available December to March.

Special interest holidays
Area is great for walking and cycling. A gym/indoor pool is available at a local hotel for a small daily charge.

Travel
Paphos Airport is 15 minutes drive and Larnaca is only an hour and a half drive on the new motorway.
A car is advisable to maximise visiting all the treasures that make Cyprus and they drive on the left!

Distances
56 miles to the Troodos Mountains.
16 miles to the start of the Akamas peninsular where turtles have been found and protected.

Further details
Paphos is a safe and relaxed resort with something for everyone. Numerous shops, bars & restaurants are only minutes drive away or a 20 minute walk. An abundance of historical sites to visit just a short distance from the apartment. The capital city of Nicosia is about an hour and a half drive. No longer the last divided city on earth, you can now visit the Turkish side of Ledris street.
Polis and Latchi with their quaint tavernas are about fifty minutes drive over the mountains. Well worth a visit.
Lively night life is available in 'Bar Street', close to the harbour.
Numerous banks and ATMs throughout the resort.
