Villa Jenivia is a superb detached villa in the resort of Pernera. It has 2 bedrooms and two full bathrooms and can easily accommodate a family of 5. It has an enviable location situated only some 75m from the sea and within 30m of the resort centre. Relax in your own private villa, patio furniture and sunbeds are also provided. There is a gas barbecue for those wanting to cook and dine alfresco. The lounge area has two sofas, satellite television and DVD. There are patio doors for access to the front of the villa. The dining area is spacious and can easily accommodate up to 5 people. The villa comes with a fully fitted kitchen, including fridge/ freezer, cooker, microwave and washing machine. Bedrooms have access to the main balcony. One superbly fitted bathroom upstairs and an excellent shower and washroom downstairs. The villa is furnished to the highest standard and would well suit couples as well as families. A swimming pool will be added for 2009 season.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. We are happy to quote for winter lets from 1st November until 31st March. 10% discount for July 2008 bookings.

Changeover day
As flights now arrive in Cyprus on most days we now have no set changeover days.

Bathrooms: Bathroom upstairs with bath/shower over, WC and hand basin.
Excellent downstairs shower room with WC and hand basin.
Outside shower area.
Kitchen: Fully fitted and stocked kitchen with, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. There is also an ironing board with iron.
Living Rooms: Lounge with 2 sofas, coffee table, feature standing lamp and fitted gas fire. Superb satellite TV system with DVD, movie, sports, children’s channels, all in English language. Dining room with settings for 4 but easily accommodating 5 persons.
Other: The outside patio are has a no fixed canopy and sides, that can be used as an outside dining area, lounge or sitting area.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All linen and towels are provided with the exception of beach towels. The property is cleaned for your arrival and a maid service can be provided at an extra cost.

Accessibility
The property can be utilised for those less mobile with the use of a downstairs walk-in shower room and a bed can be provided downstairs also.

Outside
A pool will be added for the 2009 season. The villa has extensive patio and garden areas with fruit trees. Sunbeds and patio furniture are also provided for the guest’s enjoyment. The owner will be constructing a 7x3m kidney shaped swimming pool and should be available for the beginning of the 2009 season. A top of the range gas BBQ is also provided for that all important alfresco dining experience

Coast/Beach
The villa is within easy walking distance of three sandy cove beaches, all are child friendly with gentle sloping sand into a shallow bay area. The beaches are highly recommended for children and adults alike.

Golf
There are currently no golf courses on this side of the island although 3 are planned for the near future. the nearest golf course availale is Limassol, approx 1 and 1/4 hours drive away

Skiing
In the winter months skiing is available in the Troodos Mountain area, this approx 2 hours by car from the villa.

Travel
Larnaca airport is a 45 minute drive from the villa. The villa management team are able to offer airport pick up/ drop off services as well as competitive car hire from Larnaca airport, please enquire at time of your enquiry.

Distances
The capital of Cyprus is Nicosia and is a 1 hour drive from your villa. The capital has now taken on even more interest with the opening of the Ledra Street crossing into the Turkish part of the capital more details can be given. The deserted city of Famagusta is also worth seeing and can be visited by car or coach. The party resort of Agia Napa is a short, car, coach or taxi ride from the villa (approx 15 minutes). The main resort of Protoras is only 15-20 minute walk or 5 mins on local bus.

Further details
Local shops, restaurants, supermarkets and banks are all within very easy walking distance from your villa.

We have 3 main supermarkets that are easily reachable by car or local bus, these are Carrfour, Orphanides and Kokkinos.

Booking notes
To secure your booking we would request a 10% deposit, the balance is payable four weeks before departure, or we would be happy to receive payment on arrival in resort on proof of flight details.
