The apartment also has the benefit of air conditioning and central heating.
Outside
The swimming pool is 10 x 5 metres and is shared only with one other property so at most there are 6 people at any given time. There are ample upholstered beds and chairs around the pool area, and a delightful Morrocan corner with reclining areas under a shady mulberry tree.
Coast/Beach
There are lovely sandy beaches within a 10 minute drive of Kyrenia, and some beautiful beaches such as turtle beach a 20 minute drive away.
Golf
There is a golf course within a 40 minute drive away and we do now have a new international championship golf course 15 minutes from Kyrenia. We have a corporate membership so golf can be arranged at a very reasonable cost. It has an excellent spa, and wonderful restaurant, delicious cuisine.
Skiing
You can ski in the mountains of troodos, a one hour forty five
minutes from Kyrenia.
Special interest holidays
We arrange walking holidays with lunch and transport provided, and a new addition this year.
Travel
Ercan airport is our airport in the North and this is a 25 minute drive, but of course one is now allowed to fly into Larnaca in the south of the island this takes approx., 1 hour depending on the speed of getting through the border. Airport transfers to and from Ercan, and Larnaca can be arranged on request.
Distances
As we are fortunate enough to be in Kyrenia itself we are close to so many different places of interest.
Further details
We have excellent bakeries,close by so the fresh bread is wonderful to have for breakfast, there are several other shops very close, the nearest hypermarket is a 10 minute walk away.

Cliff and Kay Hewson-Morgan have lived in N. Cyprus for the past 23 years so they have immense knowledge of the island, they were delighted to have had a four page article in BBC Good Homes a few years ago, about Yazade House, and even more so when they were in Period Ideas Magazine this year.
They do all they can to make guests feel at home, and are always at hand if help is needed, and have many repeat guests.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We came like most people on holiday, fell in love with the place and its people, and adore living in the turkish quarter amongst the locals, so you really feel you are somewhere different, and we are so close to town and the harbour.

I think its an important point that we are around, so that if a guest has any request or if there is some sort of problem, we are here to deal with it.
