This lovely ground floor apartment in a quiet residential area is close to numerous shops, bars and restaurants all within a couple of minutes walk. The apartment has its own fully enclosed private terrace and has access to a communal pool whilst the local beach is less than 10 minutes walk away. The popular family resort of Protaras, offering a wide range of bars and restaurants and water sports on the wide sandy beaches such as the famous Fig Tree Bay are under 10 mins drive. Ayia Napa is also close by as it is only 15 mins drive/taxi away and offers a huge choice of things to do from fantastic beaches, museums, great restaurants, a water park and nightclubs for the more nocturnal holiday makers.

Changeover day
There is no set changeover day so arrivals are flexible. Access to the apartment will be from 4pm on the day of arrival and you will be required to vacate by 11am on the day of departure.

| Living Rooms: | The open-plan dining room and living area has double patio doors which open onto the enclosed private terrace. The dining room has a table with 6 chairs. The comfortable lounge has a 3 seater leather sofa bed, a 2 seater leather sofa, TV and DVD player. |

Bedlinen and towels are provided although we ask that you provide your own beach towels. A mid let clean and linen change can be arranged for a small fee. This is more typical for stays in excess of 1 week. |
Notes on accommodation
This apartment is particularly well suited to families wanting some privacy and secure space for children to play safely. Additional items such as cots or highchairs can be hired at extra cost - details on request. Welcome packs can also be arranged on request. All rooms have air-conditioning and sensible use is included in the price. Excessive use may incur an additional charge.
Outside
The fully enclosed private terrace has a dining table with 6 chairs to encourage you to make the most of the outdoor lifestyle. A communal swimming pool, with small children's paddling section, and landscaped gardens is within the grounds of the development. Changing rooms, toilets and showers are all available around the pool and sun beds are provided for your use.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is very close to the coast with the nearest beach, Fireman's Beach, less than 10 minutes stroll away. Follow the coastal path past Fireman's Beach and you'll discover many more quiet coves and bays including the lovely Blue Water Bay. The long white sandy beaches at Protaras, including the famous Fig Tree Bay is just 10 minutes drive away and Cape Greco and the beautiful Connos Bay, both well worth a visit, and both just a few minutes further along the coast past Protaras.
Travel
Hiring a car whilst in Cyprus is recommended (but not essential) to provide you with the flexibility to explore all that the island has to offer.
Larnaca is the nearest airport (65 kms) to the apartment and is approximately 45 minutes by car or taxi.
Paphos also has an international airport which is approximately two hours drive from the apartment. The roads are excellent on the island so it is a straight forward journey from either airport.

Further details
The apartment is well situated just 100m off the main road (Kennedy Avenue) which is home to several bars, restaurants, mini supermarkets and other facilities such as car or bike hire. It is advisable to bring local currency with you, although, there is a bank and cash machine at Kapparis roundabout, which you pass on the way in, is about 1km from the apartment.
Booking notes
A deposit equal to 25% of the total cost is payable at the time of booking to secure your chosen dates and the remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday. A refundable security deposit (subject to no damage in apartment during stay) of £150 is also payable along with the balance. You are responsible for arrange your own travel insurance.
