The complex location is well placed for all Kato Paphos has to offer, a short walk from the harbour, seafront, restaurants, shops, all local amenities and only 20 minutes from the airport. Other attractions include waterpark, historical sites and good golf courses.

Outside
The patio area is surrounded by landscaped gardens and overlooks the shared pool. Doors lead from the lounge and main bedroom onto the patio and poolside. Outdoor garden furniture is provided. Covered parking is also available at the front of the property.
Coast/Beach
The beach and seafront is less than a 10 mins walk away for sunbathing and watersports.
Beaches can be found along the coastal road including beautiful Coral Bay which is a short car/bus ride along. The Tombs of The Kings Road. A regular bus service operates from the tourist area a short walk from apartment.
Golf
For golf enthusiasts there are three 18 hole golf courses within easy reach (20-30 mins) Aphrodite hills, Secret valley and Tsada.
Travel
The nearest airport is Paphos, which is 20 minutes away, Larnaca airport is 90 mins. Plenty of taxis are available from the local airport.
Car hire is not essential but is easily arranged should visitors want to see more of the island, driving is on left same as UK.
Distances
Limnaria Villas is an ideal location and base for exploring Paphos, a short walk to tourist area, seafront, harbour, shops and banks. Local buses go to Coral Bay and Paphos old town.
Further details
Paphos has a range of attractions from the popular water park to historical world heritage sites including the Tombs of the Kings, mosaics and medieval fort at the harbour, where open air concerts are held in the summer.
Booking notes
A 25% (non-refundable) deposit is required on booking, balance due 6 weeks before departure. If booking at short notice payment is required in full. A refundable key and breakage deposit of £100 will be required 6 weeks before departure which will be returned to you within 14 days of return.

Just to say what a fantastic time we had at your apartment during the holiday. It was an ideal location and had everything we needed; the boys thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and loved the apartment. They had room to play in the shade on the patio and also in the bedroom. The pool was also great and large with lots of sunbathing areas. Plenty of chairs at the apartment too! It had everything we needed. Ideal for walking to Paphos town centre which we did every night. We are very interested in booking it again for next year. - Allison Angus Scotland (July 2008).
