3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is situated in the beautiful village of Tala, with the breathtaking views from the roof garden, you are able to see the whole of the Paphos coastline. Here you can sit and enjoy the magnificent sunsets unique to the Mediterranean and Cyprus. The landscaped gardens are a wonderful place to sit and relax through the day, for your comfort there is a large private heated swimming pool. The village of Tala is a short walk away, were you will find a host of bars, restaurants and local taverns. The villages of Chlorika and Kissonega are also very close by where once again you will find a host of eateries. All rooms have air conditioning units for hot and cold air. There is a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living/dining area.

Notes on accommodation
For your entertainment you will find a 42 inch plasma television, Playstation 2, Wii and Wii fit, DVDs and satellite connection. There are books and board games for the children. The lounge will seat 6 people with the comfortable leather suites.
Accessibility
The villa is easily assessable for wheelchairs, all bedrooms are on ground level, and the main bathroom is large enough for wheelchairs, the en-suite as a walk-in shower.
Outside
The 2 double rooms have sliding patio doors which each lead on to sun terraces; one being at the front overlooking the pool and gardens, the master bedroom as a en-suite, and is situated at the back of the villa which leads you on to beautiful landscaped gardens, and steps up to the roof terrace. here you will find a pagola where you can sit and watch the sunset or sunrise. There is a heated swimming pool, patio furniture and sun loungers for those wanting to while away the hot sunny days by the pool.
Coast/Beach
Coral Bay beach is a 10 mins drive; here you will find one of the best beaches in Paphos, watersports of all kinds are available, there are 2 beach bars, toilets and changing rooms with showers.
There are plenty of small cove beaches around the Paphos area a car is advised.
The Akamas Peninsular is well worth a drive, here you will find Turtle beach which is well worth a trip too, a four by four vehicle is advised for this one. Takes around one hour to get there.
Golf
Sunset Gardens is ideally located within 20 mins of 3 major Golf Courses.
Secret Valley is a highly prestigious golf course. Close to Aphrodite's birthplace, 18 holes, par 72. There is also a driving range and pro shop.
Aphrodite Hills - world class 18 hole golf course, par 72 includes driving range, pro shop, tennis academy and health spa.
Tsada Golf Course - 18 hole golf course, par 72 includes driving range, pro shop, putting greens (10 mins drive).
Skiing
There is a sky resort in the Troodos mountains, normally the snow falls between late December and march. It is around a 2 hour drive, but the mountains are worth visiting any time of year with the beautiful Kickos Monerstry is a must for every one.
Travel
Paphos Airport is 20km, Larnaca Airport is 80km, a car is advised, airport transfers can be arranged, and car hire can be delivered to the property.
Distances
The village of Tala is short walk away were you will find a host of bars, restaurants and local taverns. The villages of Chloraka and Kissonegar are also very close by were once again you will find a host of eateries, a vehicle is advised.
Further details
There is a large supermarket in Chlorika which is open every day except Sunday In the winter months. The old town of Paphos as a market every day except Sunday from 07.30- 14.00 There is a Sunday market at Timi every week from 0730- 14.00 Larnica as a very big outdoor market every Sunday 07.30- 14.00 There are banks in the village of Chlorika and Kissonega where there are ATM machines.
Tomb of the kings is an archeological site, there are mosaics in the harbor area in Kato Paphos, and here you find an abundance of café’s bars and restaurants. A car is advised for all of the above places.

Car hire can be delivered to the Villa and a meet and greet for you and your guests is arranged on arrival. Please note if you are on a late flight our representative will meet you at 11am the following morning, full directions will be given and key safe number the day before you fly. Transfers can be arranged at an extra cost full details available on request.
Booking notes
20% deposit is required on booking and balance is due one month before arrival, a refundable deposit is required on arrival and returned 1 week after departure.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We chose our villa not only for the location but for the easy access to Coral Bay and Kato Paphos the airport and Golf courses. The Village square is a short walk from the villa and hosts a cosmopolitan range of eateries. We were able to over see the build of our villa as we purchased off plan and feel we have made it a real home from home.
Unique benefits of the property
The villa is well equipped with everything to keep the kids happy and even the adults with the play station and Wi and wi fit to keep every one on their toes, the pool is solar heated so always warm. The roof terrace as a covered Gazebo, which is great for taking in the view of the Paphos coast line, and the amazing sunsets.
The beautiful beaches of coral Bay is a 10 min drive and the villages of Emba, Kissonega, and Chlolika are close by with some really nice restaurants. Tasda Golf course is a 15 min drive and Aphrodite hills golf course is a 20 min drive. We feel that there is more than enough to keep any age group entertained. For those who just want to chill round the pool, we have a fully fitted kitchen and barbecue. So all you have to do is relax and enjoy your stay.
