A newly completed, fully furnished first floor apartment situated in the picturesque village of Pissouri. The apartment offers 2 balconies. A large covered balcony overlooking 1 of the 2 pools with excellent sea views. This has a large glass dining table complete with 4 reclining mesh chairs. Off the kitchen is a smaller balcony which gets the sun all afternoon, this is complete with a small bistro set. The apartment comes with 2 air conditioning/heating units (payable locally) and a fully fitted kitchen. A TV/DVD and CD player is also provided. All windows have fly screens. Pissouri Village Square is a few minutes walk away where you will find a selection of traditional Cypriot tavernas and restaurants, a truly unique village where time has stood still. Pissouri Bay is only a 5 minutes drive away from the apartment where you will find a blue flag beach and more restaurants and shops to enjoy.

Outside
2 Balconies. The complex boasts 2 swimming pools 15m x 7.5m and 12m x 5m both with sun loungers, sea views and gardens. Communal outside showers, communal ladies/gent’s w/c, shower rooms and saunas. A paved communal BBQ area complete with electric points, sink and a preparation surfaces. A small portable BBQ is available for use.
Coast/Beach
Pissouri Bay is a 5 minute drive, it is not an over developed resort as some areas of Cyprus have become, but like Pissouri Village it has retained the Cypriot atmosphere. The beach itself is clean, part sand, part shingle and there are water sports available in the summer. For those that want a larger sandy beach head for Kourion beach a 20 minute drive away towards Limassol and there is also Coral Bay just outside Paphos. All of which have a selection of tavernas, bars and shops.
Golf
Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley Gold Courses are within 10-15 minutes drive, both of which offer excellent facilities. There is also Tsada golf course north of Paphos.
Skiing
Skiing is available in the Troodos Mountains. Cyprus is one of few countries that you can ski in the morning and swimming in the afternoon.
Travel
Paphos airport is approx 20 minutes away and Larnaca 80 minutes.
Distances
The apartment is a few minutes walk from the village square, passing the amphitheatre. Shows are often performed here during the height of the summer. Pissouri is about a 30 minute drive from both Paphos and Limassol. Other days out are Tomb of the Kings, Roman Mosaics both in Paphos which will take you past Aphrodite’s Rock on the coast road. Kourion ancient ruins is also an excellent day out towards Limassol all of which are inexpensive. Waterparks in both Paphos and Limassol.
Further details
The village has 3 banks with ATM machines, 3 supermarkets, a greengrocers, family butchers, bakery, internet café and gift shop. During the summer months there is a “Cyprus Night” (usually Wednesdays) in the lovely traffic free square with dancing and music. An excellent night out not to be missed!
Booking notes
Please contact us for full booking details. A deposit of 25% will be required at the time of booking plus a refundable £50 damage / breakable deposit which will be returned promptly after your visit if no damages / breakages have occurred. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
