Outside
To the rear of the property, which faces Kyrenia and the coast, there is an upper dining terrace with table and chairs for 8 people, overlooking the private 10 x 5 infinity swimming pool with child's splash area. To the side of the property is a sun terrace with built in BBQ. There are rear and lower gardens.
To the front of the property is a private driveway with gates with views of the mountains.
The villa is located on the end of a plateaux which gives unobstructed, 180 degree views of Kyrenia and the coast.
There are a number of sun loungers, tables and chairs.
Please note that although the infinity pool looks like it has a large drop, it is in fact perfectly safe. There is a small drop behind the pool which leads to the lower garden.
We have small children ourselves and they play in the pool very happily.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful harbour at Kyrenia is a short car journey away as are several sandy beaches.
Golf
The newly opened Esentepe Golf and Country Club is now open and around a 15 drive away. It is a beautiful course however my advice is take extra balls!
Travel
Ercan airport is around 30 minutes away with Larnaca Airport around 90 minutes. Car hire is strongly recommended.
Distances
The villa is located close to the village centre of Bellapais and the 12th century Abbey with a number of very good bars and restaurants.
