This apartment is 20 mins from Paphos airport and is situated in a quiet location between Kato Paphos and the old town. Both are only a few mins walk away where you will find plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. There is a bus close by for easy access to coral bay and the water park as well as other tourist attractions. Tomb of the Kings road is a short walk away. For a relaxing evening you can walk along the harbour and dine in one of its many restaurants where you will find local Cypriot dishes and freshly caught fish of the day. The market in the old town provides a wide variety of local crafts for souvenir shopping. A 2 minute walk will take you to the local shops for all your grocery needs. Hiring a car on the island is not essential, but is a good way to explore if you so wish and it isn't too expensive. They also drive on the left as we do.There is also a private parking space.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, wardrobes and a dresser with a hair dryer. There's a safe for your convenience and blackout blinds for your comfort. Bedroom 2 has twin beds with blackout blinds, table lamp and full length mirror. Air-con in both. |
| Bathrooms: | The bathroom is tiled to a high standard. There is a shaver point and a mirror above the sink. Towels are provided and there is corner shelving to place your toiletries. The extractor fan starts when the light is switched on. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fitted with an oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There is a kettle and toaster. There is also a fire extinguisher. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has a TV with a DVD player. There are DVDs to watch and a games console with games for the children. There are books to read for your enjoyment. There are two sofas. One is a double sofa bed.Verticle blinds to the balcony doors. |
| Other: | The dining area has a large table that seats six. There is also a touch tone lamp in the corner. The air-conditioning is also in this area and is remote controlled. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included. These are changed before you arrive and when you leave. However, you can request a change during your stay if it is necessary. |
Notes on accommodation
This apartment is on the second floor but there is a lift as well as stairs. Access to the apartment and surrounding areas are easy. The air-con also does the heating in the colder months. There is a water heater also for those colder times. This only needs to left on for one hour and the water is ready. The rest of the year it is solar heated. The patio doors to the balcony look out on to a field, so it is nice and quiet in the evenings for just taking in the atmosphere.

Accessibility
Lift to all floors. Sloping floor to pool area. There are about three steps down to the pool.
Outside
The pool is a communal one which has sunbeds and parasols, toilets and a shower. There are plants and flowers around the pool area.
Coast/Beach
There is a municipal beach about 15 minutes walk away or you can get the bus to Coral bay which is about 20 minutes. There are other municipal beaches around the town area and if you hire a car you can visit the Turtle beach and see where they hatch each year.
Golf
There are golf courses a few miles away and Aphrodite hills is just down the motorway about 20 minutes.
Travel
The nearest airport is Paphos International and it is about 20 minutes away. A car is not essential as you can use the very efficient taxi service available. However, if you want to explore the island, a car is a cheap and easy way to get around even if its only for a few days.
Distances
The nearest town is about 5 minutes walk. It is the main shopping centre for Paphos. It has plenty of small local shops as well as Next and M&S. The water park is about 15 mins on the bus and there are go-kart tracks also next to the water park.

To book, we ask for a security deposit of £80 plus 30% of the cost for the week. The final payment would be due 4 weeks before departure.
