Notes on accommodation
This is a very comfortable fully air conditioned accommodation suitable for couples or families and is in a superb location.
The air conditioning units can be used as heaters on winter nights, and the satellite TV and DVD player are available should you chose to spend the night in.
The sofa beds and downstairs wc are an added bonus for those who are partially infirm.

Outside
The villa is set in a large corner gated plot and has fully landscaped gardens which are maintained weekly.
It has a fully paved patio with full sized private pool with underwater lighting for those late night dips. There is also a poolside shower.
Comfortable sun loungers, a shaded decking area and a barbecue make this the perfect area for soaking up the sun or eating al fresco.
The villa also has its own private drive with parking for two cars.
Coast/Beach
The villa is close to several sandy beaches and only a short walk from the world famous Nissi Beach. The award winning water park is close by. For water sport enthusiasts there is a wealth of activities available including jet ski, parascending, banana boat, water skiing, scuba diving, snorkeling etc. A new attraction this year is "Walking on the sea bed". For the less active there are leisurely cruises around the bay to Famagusta ghost town as well as beachside bars and restaurant.
Golf
A large golf course is being planned for the Ayia Napa area but is not yet built.
Skiing
Cyprus is one of those unique places where you can go skiing in the morning and lie on the beach in the afternoon. Skiing is available at Troodos between January and March and is about an hours drive from the villa.
Travel
The nearest airport is Larnaca and is approx 35 minutes away from the villa by car. Taxis are available and will cost about £40. A car is not necessary at the villa but if you do like to explore car hire and petrol are not expensive and Cypriots drive on the same side of the road as the British. Roads are modern and well maintained with signs in English as well as Greek.
Distances
The superb location of this villa makes it easy to walk to all local amenities such as beaches, funfairs, shops and entertainment. Nearby Protaras with its shops and beaches are just a short taxi or bus ride away. Paralimni is also very close with its larger shops and huge supermarkets such as Carrefour Supermarket.
Further details
Cyprus has sunshine nearly all year round. English is widely spoken and the local Cypriot people are very friendly. Banks, shops and restaurants are plentiful and food in Cyprus is of a very high standard with all tastes catered for. A true taste of Cyprus can be found at the Taverna Napa in Ayia Napa. This is very popular with visitors and locals alike.
Princes restaurant and Yianna Marie in Protaras are also well recommended, or why not enjoy a meal or a drink while watching the Magic Dancing Waters show in Protaras.
There are many themed restaurants and pubs in Ayia Napa and cuisine is available from all parts of the world.
Not far from the villa is a superb all night bakery selling not only bread but cakes, biscuits, milk and speciality dishes.
A fruit market and chemist can be found at the end of the road.
Booking notes
Changeover days are flexible. A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking (Non returnable if you cancel), with the balance paid 8 weeks before departure. A £200 security deposit is required and will be refunded if no breakages or damage occurs. We do not accept bookings from all male or all female parties and if bookings are made for such and not disclosed we reserve the right to deny access to the villa and no refund will be given. Unacceptable noise or behaviour will
not be tolerated.
