A brand new studio furnished to a very high standard, in a quiet part of the popular village of Peyia. Views from the large tiled balcony will take your breath away. Sea views to the front and mountains to the rear. Close to Peyia village with its winding streets, taverns, supermarket, bakery and butcher. So why cook when the food in the taverns and restaurants is fresh and tastes fantastic. Because of the elevated position you will always have a fresh breeze to cool you while you relax on the balcony considering your next trip out. The roads in Cyprus are general empty and void of traffic even in the height of the summer, they drive on the same side as the UK. The studio has a TV and DVD, all bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. There is a sofa bed with top quality memory foam mattress. A well equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, toaster and all the crockery, pans you will need, if you wish to cook! The shower room is fully tiled.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
We will consider any long lets, and give discount for bookings of more than two weeks.
Changeover day
We are flexible on arrival dates and length of stay. I am in contact with other studio owners on the complex so why not book a few with your friends, hire a few cars between you and go explore this charming island.

This is a studio apartment, the accommodation is therefore contained in one large living space, The sofa bed is of a good quality with upgraded mattress (we sleep on it when our villa is booked) sprung action pull out mechanism. |

Accessibility
The studio is on the first floor with no lift access so is not suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
There is a large tiled balcony with patio table and chairs, bar-b-que and light weight sun-loungers that you can take to the communal pool (please return to studio after use).
Coast/Beach
Coral Bay: This beach has it all, sandy, shallow, safe, surf, sunbeds, sunshades, showers and toilets. There are bars and restaurants within a very short walking distance. Lifeguards on duty in the summer months and plenty of parking. Beach faces west so you can enjoy the setting sun. Coral Bay the village, which is a few minutes walk from the beach has restaurants, night clubs, shops and an internet cafe. Coral bay is active until the early hours, plenty of taxis to take you home.
Golf
There are three golf courses within 15 to 20mins drive, Aphrodite Hills and the stunning Secret Valley both are open to the public.
Skiing
You can ski in the morning and sunbathe on the beach in the afternoon in Cyprus during the winter months. In spring the Troodos Mountans are a blaze with alpine style meadows. Also good for climbing and mountain biking, some well signed walking routes, why not have a post Xmas walking break.
Special interest holidays
Scuba diving and snorkelling in the clear turquoise waters.
The birth place of Aphrodite, shopping at leisure in the local markets, water sports, its all here to be experienced in the beautiful island of Cyprus.

Paphos airport-33km. Beach-4km. Ferry port-72km. Motorway To Limassol-15km.
Taxi pick-up from airport can be arranged.
Car hire recommended to take full advantage of the area.
Distances
Peyia is still a mainly Cypriot village with all local shops, freshly baked bread, the local butcher will prepare traditional and non traditional barbeque food for you upon request. Stone built church set amid the village which is on a slope that runs down to Coral Bay beach. Try Sophie’s restaurant which does a theme night of, English, Chinese & Thai, buffets on different nights. And you can’t go to Cyprus without trying a 'Meze', a selection of local dishes brought over to you at your leisure.
